This video is a hidden gem absolutely the best one I’ve seen on down stream injectors since it’s the first one I’ve come across giving details on tip size importance

Great video, this is going to help a lot of newer washers. I had to replace a hose a few months ago for the same thing you explained. Cheers

My fixed chemical injector is shooting water out like unloader. Will it cause damage to my pressure washer.or do i just slap a pressure tube on it and call it my unloader?????

How do you choose the right Down stream injector? They are sometimes stamped with number such as 1.8 or 2.3. Which one will give you higher chemical mix? Thanks.

Thanks for this video. I am still currently trying to figure out why my setup won’t pull chem through injector. I’ve checked the injector spring and ball, changed it, manipulated the loader (I have a pressure gauge so I can see the pressure changing on the outlet of the machine)… I just cannot get it… I’m going to try another Jrod next

Will it pull with no gun on it?

So i put the downstream hose inside a big clear bowl and I took the whipline off of the hose reel… I started the machine and the injector pulled all the liquid out of the Tupperware bowl with the whipline not tied into the hose reel. I put the whipline back on the hose reel and no luck. Also, sometimes I have liquid flowing backwards and OUT of the nipple of the downstream injector. It’s a real pain in the butt why I can’t get this thing to work properly

Just got into DS I stared off using a 2.5 gpm for practice. I brought the correct DS for the 2.5. I made sure it’s flowing with the water. When I place it into the bucket with water on and psi not attached THERES FLOW I can see the soap water flowing and bucket going down. when I attach the psi hose there is still flow from the bucket to the DS into the hose. Once I attach the gun to the hose no flow. this is all while the washer is off. There’s no flow with the. I removed the tip and still no flow from the bucket. Yes the water has been on all the time
I’m thinking it’s the gun but here’s the kicker I added a ball valve and there’s still no flow. I’m confused

Great video sir! I had a question regarding sealing concrete. When sealing should you clean the concrete normally with a post treatment and then apply the sealant? I did some testing and the SH seemed to make the sealant turn a little milky. Not sure if it was concrete temp or my post treatment was too hot. Thanks!!

Yes, I would not put a SH down after you clean it and before you seal it. Because it's gonna cause your problems.
