My martial arts trainer is...an Anomaly...he meditated 3 times a day for 30 years without fail, i was with him when he sprinted full pelt near 80metres whilst holding his dog under his arm (we were running to catch a bus), he got to the bus with a huge grin saying what a good run that was, i was breathless, he was 57. His body is chiselled and he hates gyms, he prefers to exercise utilizing slow movements whilst wielding mid-weight to heavy weapons...He also looks younger every time you see him, every one says it, he's baffling...His level of philosophical awareness is very high too...oh...and he smokes 20 a day and does trips now and then...Go figure.
That's crazy same ppl never believe my age they literally make me pull my damn ID out. They always think I'm in my mid 20s. The crazy thing is I did lots n lots of "partying", nothing crazy depraved but lots n lots of substances. I've been about a year clean now. I'm in my 40s now. The only negative I've experienced is trying to date women my age. They automatically think I'm a youngin n think i just want a fling. Sometimes u want to talk to someone mature idk , lol, 1st world problems. Anyway, So most of the time it's women in their low to mid 20s that gravitate towards me. But that's not really a complaint is it now?lol
Another secret most of us do these days. No need to celebrate your birthday. You only have one. Know that there isn’t any life expectancy. I’m 45 and I look and feel 21. Stay in touch with your inner child as well. Stop thinking/manifesting aging. It’s all in the mind
This is my Re-Gen experiment. On 2 days around the Full Moon I listen to the Classic Rock Station from Chicago that I did when I was 16 in 1968. It's now 97.1 and plays Classic Rock from when I was a teenager. Listening to the music I "remember" the feelings I had at that time and I "absorb" those feelings. I've been doing this about 6 mo and am very pleased. I use the Full Moon because of it's energy and there are others who join in and this is a good way to keep track of the date.
I assume this is why people who have lived hard lives look so much older than they really are, and someone who lived a loving life look so much younger than they are. Our mind is definitely a blade that can cut.
That's not necessary true, I am 30 years old I had a pretty hard life but people usually couldn't tell that I am more than 25. Being connected to my inner child and inner joy helped me through the hard days and also keeps my aging reversing.
Hard is also relative. What you may think is an easy life may be hard for someone else. It all depends on how it personally affects them, and how they handle adversity.
Some parents look younger than their children because , they took responsibility for granted . My dad call me only when he's sick he's bored never give love and warmth..

Read Linda Goodman’s Star Signs, if you are interested in things like this…..she was tapped into….and writing about….truth re: reversing aging, abundance, Tesla’s innovations, the facts that plants “feel” and “communicate” and a number of things I have seen “science confirm” in the last decade or so…..and writing about it in the 70s and 80s. I think one piece of constructive feedback is to acknowledge the limits of the placebo effect. The men who pretended to be younger were probably simply more active- and that made them taller, improved eyesight etc. they didn’t literally reverse age. They just did more exercise
You are speculating. They exercised AFTER they effect took place not before. It says this in the video . Telomere lengths has lengthened on other studies that didn't involve exercise. You have to learn to stop placing your limited thinking and perspective on reality.😊
