@@gurmanbrar8945 so many different ones. I started with solfeggio frequencies then went from there. I used binaural beats for pain when I scratched my cornea. That was everything. I sleep every night usually with something. Read somewhere 417 hz is suggested for sleeping with as it helps get rid of negative energy from the day but I do try different hz depending on what I feel I need. I find the Schumann Resonance helpful at least once a week overall. I’m really enjoying sleeping to “brown noise” lately. It’s reallllly nice. RUclips supplies a plethora of options so we are incredibly fortunate to have them widely available.

... the background music makes it difficult to focus .... however I wonder that people engage so much into trying to explain things which are pretty normal and turn them into something "magic" shows how much many of us have turned away from nature, from natural living. I live in a big city, even here one can hear the birds sing, the winds rustle in the trees, see the sky, now in spring the blooming trees and flowers and yes the whole thing is a giant vibration, but most don't hear it anymore, cause they are all "plugged in" with headphones....and digital gimmicks, their "world" is a whole different one...well, well...
I wish Dr Emoto’s experiments could be replicated
Sometimes you just automatically say harsh things to yourself. Your thoughts cannot be lovin all the time becasue life has peculiar way to annoy you. But of course you can observe it and that is the way to freedom to see your thoughts coming and going. And even if you are annoyed you can still connect to love feelings.. Of course some say listen to HZ music but I feel it guite annoying and I get irritatted so maybe its good just to listen music that you like and that make you feel emotions and feels right for current mood.
Seems like the way the sound is delivered would matter. Like digital vs analog.
