This is a great quick workout to set your posture and activate your muscles leaving you feeling relaxed, yet energized! Follow along to increase your flexibility and have fun with these fresh moves.

I cannot believe how out of shape I am :"( I am 63, have fibromyalgia, and used to be really flexible. This was truly a wake up call to start exercising again! I had a hard time just getting my butt on the wall and mat in the proper position. I need to move some furniture to have a blank wall for next time, which I plan to be tomorrow. Thank you for making this free video!

I have been looking (for so long) for an exercise program that I could do at home to help increase my flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance. I WILL be checking out your other videos, but I absolutely enjoyed this video and the workout immensely! Your voice is so soothing, and after this short workout, I felt both relaxed and energized, as well as more limber. My muscles were not sore but felt like I had challenged them just enough. You have no idea how much you have helped me! I have been struggling with seasonal depression, and this is exactly what I needed! God bless you!!!!!!

My first time doing this with you. I thought I was more supple than I am (I’m 70 but think I’m still 50). But i excited to think if I keep doing this with you my suppleness is that even a word, will increase. Thank you and see you tomorrow

I’m 52 and feeling really low recently due to menopausal weight gain 😔Being so careful about what I eat and am doing regular cardio. Have been looking for wall pilates workouts, am loving your videos 💕your voice is so calming and the music is lovely, I even put on my ballet shoes 🩰 which makes me feel very graceful. Day 3 today, hoping I’ll see a small change after a month 🤞Thank you 🙏

I’ve been doing your exercises for the past 2.5 weeks. This was the first wall pilate session. I don’t think i felt the stretches as much as i did with this one. Absolutely loved it. I this i will be repeating this one. Thanks a lot! Continue to love following your exercices.

Love this wall Pilates session, and would love more! I will be 68 in a couple of months, and I keep a 3-year-old grandson and will keep his 2-month-old sister in a couple of weeks, as well…so, it is imperative that I stay in shape, toned, and gain more energy through timely exercises for someone who wants to feel younger despite the reality of time and gravity!🙄 I will definitely keep viewing any workouts you post! I appreciate this video for its slow and careful pace. I've hurt my shoulder and my knee is problematic, so I stopped exercising. Moving things around tomorrow, so I can use a wall and try and get back to some movement.

Pleasssseee make more of these. Everyone needs their abs and glutes worked. But the upper body is so challenging and yet the most vital thing for avoiding senior slumping posture.

@@SeniorShapeFitness I have had a problem with my piriformis, one side, and this included some of the stretches PT recommended. I haven't been able to do HIIT for a couple of weeks, and I am not pushing it. This was just perfect. Thank you.

Lauren, I have to say I am very happy I found you. I use to hate to exercise. I hated the extreme cardio, where I felt I was going to vomit. I hated the weights. I would be so sore the next morning I swore I was done. After finding you, I now I look forward to exercise. I feel good after and I see the effects. My shoulders and arms are getting nice and toned. Thank you for this! I am a senior, with a completely fused lumbar sacral , as well as cervical fusions. This workout provides a wonderful release of tension in my back. It is strengthening me, and I like your calm voice.

Love it! Only found one wall and have to use cellphone , not computer. Wear fresh socks too so not get wall dirty. But do like the moves and surprised with shoulder tightness against the wall.

Hi Laurel. I started with your walking workout (2000 steps) using light wrist weights like you suggested and followed with this one. I live in a small place and don't have a lot of wall space so I did this against my freezer which worked quite well. This felt great. Thanks!

Before I came down with Sciatic on my right, I did Pilates a lot. So I was skeptical if my hip can handle it. But turns out that I got the stretch without any problems! I enjoy you program a lot! Thanks!

im 55 and find all of your workouts that I have tried are great and easy to follow. Would like to see more hip and glut stretching too if possible. I do the pilates or yoga workouts after the Tabata workouts to get the extra stretching otherwise my hips ache the next day. Love all the options. thank you

Ill give it a try. I usually do a variety of your indoor walking workouts mixed with some barre or cardio to mix things up. I will try the pelvic floor to see if the helps give me the additional stretching that I need, thank you. @@SeniorShapeFitness

I love this and have bookmarked it to do a few times a week at night. It is gentle and meditative - like a cool drink of water.
After having been in bed for two years, I find myself pushing very hard at times (and it is paying off in many ways.) But I also have to remind myself to put on the brakes at times and just relax.
I also like your blue ensemble, down to the nail polish! It's all very restorative and soothing. 💙
