Thank you for a great demonstration. I appreciate that you went the extra step after washing your wig, and let us see how you dried it, and conditioned it, so we could see how do do it all, and also see how it turned out.
This was so helpful! I have only washed a wig once, when I did it for my sister. I am looking into toppers and wigs and you have been a wealth of information! Thank you so much!
I bought Jules by Henry Margu. Have you ever washed her? If you have, did the curls and waves look the same as new. I have several Godivasecret wigs. You just hang them upside down by the tag, and they dry exactly the same style as when I brought them. I’m hoping Jules will do as well.
SO straightforward and helpful. An EW rep recommended Beautimark (which doesn't get the best reviews, from what I have seen) for the shampoo and gave me more or less the same instructions as yours, but there was an additional step of Beautimark leave in conditioner, after the shampoo ... I much prefer your method which eliminates that conditioner step/product and just seems eazy peazy 😉👍🏼💯 Would your method be the same for all wig brands of both regular synthetic AND HD/Heat Friendly fiber? Thanks again !
I'm so glad you found this helpful! If I'm going to use a conditioner, I use the Estetica that washes out. I don't use one every time. It depends on how the wig is feeling. I also do like Tress Tech's spray in leave in conditioner. I find it helps with HD wigs...helps curb the tangling. I do use Estetica Shampoo on both regular synthetic and HD wigs, and I don't do anything differently for HD wigs. I do make sure never to comb them wet...the fibers, especially HD, can break if you do that.💕
@@FranniesHair Thanks again for taking the time to share you experience and tips. I've taken note of ALL and will give it a go. Very much appreciated 🙏

Around 100 to 200 dollars. Short around chin to low ear lenght. Average i think as i have a small face. 5 7 med built. Thanks is you can help me. No curls but layered to toss??
Hi Gloria, I'd love it if you would schedule a free one-on-one video appointment with my stylist, V. She can help you choose a wig that will work for you. You can schedule an appointment by emailing her at v@frannieshair.com. I think you will find her very helpful.💕
It really depends on how much product you use, how much you sweat, is the wig directly on your head, or is there bio hair,...but in general, I would say about 9-10 wears.
@FranniesHair I have only washed (with Woolite) and conditioned (with Downy) ONCE so far. I wear my wig (Noriko Sky) daily, have for the past 3 months. It still looks new.
Is the silicone spray for heat resistant synthetic wigs or for both heat resistant and regular synthetic wigs? The reason I am asking is because I am trying to get the shine out of a regular synthetic wig (Avalon by Estetica) and am wondering if the silicone spray then is a spray I can/should skip using alltogether as the silicone spray adds shine? Or is it still needed? I got the tip from Eileen in your facebook group to use bicarbonate of soda in water after shsmpooing the wig to reduce shine. So will I do that instead of using silicone spray?
Hi Leighbee...I just sent you a message through the website. This wig is Sunset by Ellen Wille in Light Bernstein Rooted. It was my 'go to' everyday wig for the longest time. Now, I'm too busy changing them up to have an everyday wig.😂.

Thank you, Kass!😘💕
You made it look easy enough for me to do it!
If I can do it, you can do it!😄

Jules does go back to her original style. I have washed her and love her! I hope this helps.💕
Great info. It takes the mystery out of having wigs! Thank you.

Will this same technique work on a long, wavy wig?
Yes, this will work on all synthetic wigs.😊 Thank you for watching!💕
Thanks for sharing! ❤

Wow, that looks simple enough. Thank you so much Frannie. How many wears do you think you get before you need to wash?
It really depends on how much product you use, how much you sweat, is the wig directly on your head, or is there bio hair,...but in general, I would say about 9-10 wears.
@@FranniesHair thank you so much. I love that you take the time to answer my questions. 😘
What wig name and color did you wash and what company did you get it from. Looked great on you and nice length also.
Hi Sheryl, it was Clarissa by Tress Allure in Mocha Gold. I got it at wigsbypattispearls.com. Thank you!💕
Have you tried Downy fabric softener after washing?
I have...it worked fine, but I also like the Belle Tress and Estetica shampoos and conditioners. Do you use the fabric softener much?

I agree with Eileen. Silicone spray will just make your wig shinier.💕
Which wig are you wearing for the video?
