Damn, the ending gave me chills once they started listing the Xenomorph incidents. The vagueness and conspiracy-like tone with the 28 Days Later sounding music in the background was amazing.
If you read any of the Alien expanded novels and comics, you would know that what we do know of the Xenomorph incidents are only the tip of the iceberg. What we don't know is definitely even more terrifying.

The truth is more frightening than fiction.

The SCP Foundation is written by many different authors yes and has a fluid canon that depends on that authors interpretation. However all main SCP classifications and tales directly linked to a SCP file (i.e incident reports) are canon. It is also generally accepted that many of the most well known characters are canon.
Because the Foundation would steal and contain the Institute's researchers, it would be redacted to high heaven or they have made it but we've all been given class A amnestics and can't remember?

You really should have mentioned the earlier history of the company concerning Charles Bishop Weyland and the aftermath of his devastating search for eternal life and how it might have affected the company before Peter took over and revived it.
The larger problem is that they stumbled into extraterrestrial archaeological evidence and sites with Prometheus and have failed to investigate them properly. Prometheus could easily have become its own franchise as Elizabeth and David discover the relationships between the Engineers, Xenomorph, and the Predators. Existing Canon seems to show that the Engineers may have become extinct while the Predators may have fallen victim to a civil war that left no survivors.
I wold live to see a TV ( streaming ) series about the corporation trying to collect data and find out about alien life in the universe. With a special team going out to planets , investigating the stories in the movies and many more .
Here's some other fictional corporations I'd like to see profiled: Pentex, and it's subsidiaries. (White Wolf's Classic World of Darkness) Xanatos Enterprises. (Disney's Gargoyles) Conglom-O (Rocko's Modern Life, and I seem to be on a 1990s kick, so...) Any of the corps from the Netrunner card game reboot. (Though they already have one named Weyland)

Not the drawing, the scene. It has Weyland Yutani symbols all over the scene so there's no way it's starship troopers. If it is then that means starship troopers is also in the same universe as Alien. I find that unlikely considering Alien is already in the same universe as the mini-series Firefly and the movie Bladerunner. It looked like a scene from a movie but I've seen all the Alien movies and that scene isn't there.

I know nothing about creepy pasta lore but isn't scp made by thousands of people with no rules or regulations thus having no canon ?

Weyland-Yutani is also present in the Bladerunner universe, if I remember right. It was an easter egg, essentially.
