also my favorite video game series of all time :’) my current delusion is that we’re going to get Xenosaga remasters for the switch in the in-between, and with making Saga more accessible, and the Saga teases/easter eggs at the end of FR, the next mainline game will be a sequel to both the Xenosaga trilogy and Xenoblade trilogy at the same time. I know it sounds crazy but I believe in my man Takahashi 😭
If my memory serves me back in mid 2021Melia's VA leaked her role, and with the official rating of Xenoblade 3 at the start of 2022 I give it a high chance any new Xeno game will release within 6 months of the Switch 2 release. I don't see any remakes or re-releases of any Xeno game within the next 3 years, a definitive version of Xenoblade 2 will come after any brand new Xeno game, the Dev team is pretty damn good at time and resource management. Wouldn't surprise me to hear all story boarding, character designs and prototyping of the upgraded engine started before the end of 2021

It's possible but I wouldn't count on it. The whole transition from the Klaus arc to what's next is going to be very telling
