just got the book!!! came across your videos first a day ago as i was trying to figure out girl problems. i already made the mistake of chasing but i had to make it as just got sometjing out of my chest that was actually eating me alive and not letting me think clearly, im so happy I got out of my chest, now i can walk away and let her miss me as much as she meant to me. i am ready to be a new me and do something of my self and be more happy about all that i can offer but also learn about lading future mates, ive only been with one girl but she wasnt the one, i know this because she tought me how to love and what love is and what it feels like and looks like. so ready to read this book countless of times and become a 3%man. love that you cut through the bullshit and say it the truth without sugar coating it.

Thank you Corey for the fantastic book and helpful tips. I bought the book last week and by the time I finished reading for the first time, I got myself a date in which I had the chance to apply most of the fundamental concepts you teach... Reading the signs to make sure she is interested... the confident body language.. making eye contact.. the waiting game to build attraction and anticipation (my fav)... Making my intentions and feelings very unclear... etc. everything worked out by the book. (pun intended).
I even went ahead and adapt some of these concepts to the occasion and tried my own thing to build anticipation and raise attraction even further.
Not gonna get into too much detail.. but by the time I asked her out face to face and very direct... she broke. She was so into me already because of how I built the anticipation.. that when I asked, she could barely speak.
She was adorably nervous, shaking and start to stutter all over the place and messing up words left and right when saying yes and trying to tell me what time she was free.
It was freaking adorable!
She was unable to hide how much of a big deal that moment was for her. She was very surprised. It was a big deal to me too, but I was prepared and kept it cool and controlled. Sharp as fuck.
The best date setup I ever experienced. All because I learned from the book and took my time, built anticipation and raise the attraction level to the top. It works so much better when the girl is really into you.
Also, it makes me realise something you never speak about. The teachings on this book, may almost look like a completely selfish thing in a way that I will learn how to be successful to women for my personal gain... but in reality, learning from the book enabled me to make the moment a lot more special to her.
Maybe we would still go out if I haven't read the book, but I would be just another regular guy asking her out without anything special or anticipation or not even much attraction to begin with.
Read it once in 4 days and I'm half way through my second run. Cheers!

Honestly, the book was probably one of the better investments I made as a first year college student who just had a long term relationship. Everything makes sense in the book, Corey described everything I noticed about females and he gave his own personal experience.I recommend you get this book as soon as possible before you guys deplete your youth and health. It's literally a book for advice and tips.

Same Thing. I have been replaying each chapter 2 times in a row and then moving to the next chapter.
I'm 17 and I've read this book nonstop since I got it two weeks ago. I read 1-2 chapters per day and honestly after finishing it only 2 times I can already see the changes in my perception of understanding women and the world.
I can now see many girls look at me which I didn't notice before, I usually look back and smile and hold eye contact until the girl looks away.
I'm only 5'4 tho, there aren't many girls who are shorter than me and I personally don't like girls taller than me. But in Sweden the avg height of women is 5'6-5'7. I know I'm good looking but their attraction level just happen to drop when they see my height and I can feel that. That's my only insecurity about myself, but I think this book will help me overcome any challenges and insecurities.
The bottom line is, read this book. It's 100/100 and worth ur time and money (it's very cheap) because it will change ur life.

Might be easier to read it if you put out the audiobook soon. I have ADHD. I have a really hard time concentrating on reading. But audiobook works just as good. And I can listen at work. For the time begin I use a text to voice program, but that is really terrible.

Im finally going to read the book today Corey. im tired of being a needy man.I come to find out when i acted Jealous .The girl i liked told me two days ago. AFTER i gave here space for a week she was starting to miss me.She told the way i was acting and Assuming things made her just wanna run away from me. So after that I back off communication with her I'm not looking for her anymore. she's a very attractive woman and has many options. I'm guessing she has this problem A lot with men she's intrested in and is tired of it. So I'm back in off and just chasing my life purpose like you said loving myself first. I find out that this being needy stuff has been my whole problem in relationships ever since my break up with ex wife in 05.

To be honest, I only read it once and a half throughout 1 year. I new feel that there are large gaps that I could have learned to make things better! My relationship is still running strong after 9 months. She's mentioning promise rings, getting turned on out of nowhere, and constantly anticipates when I will take her out again. However, I noticed I began to lose what I learned. It was exciting practicing what I learned when I began taking it to action last year, but now I've distanced too much from it and have to go back to the book before I end up getting any worse - to the point my gf may lose interest. If you're in the same boat as me, get back to the fucking book now before it's too late! If you are a bit too late... it's better late than never. Read the fucking book lol.

Coach I read your book more than one time probably four times they continue to read your book however with the relationship I had I love the woman very much and my mother is suffering from dementia and it's taking a toll on myself and my sister while we try to keep her home as long as we can and it's become very depressing and kind of blows the wind out of your sales or takes the wind out of your sails but I will tell you this it made me want to just relax and vegetate which I guess became boring to my girlfriend and she did cheat on me.
As I said in a previous comment my girlfriend's girlfriends like to keep her partying and she's old and was in an abusive verbally and physically abusive relationship and marriage for 15 years and it took a toll on her so I'll go hold us for crush but I've got that but when she's with me she doesn't drink but being around me and being really sucked I needed to keep treating her like a girlfriend and keep having date nights and doing good things her girlfriends are a bad influence because all they want to do is keep her partying because they are full blown alcoholics and they don't like the fact when she's with me because then she's not with him but my attitude is screw them and in the future if I ever come across the situation like this I will be glad to put anyone in their place and tell them to respect our time and our relationship and if they can't get with the program will then have to learn.
I do have the stretch still cuz it's an ongoing situation with my mother's dementia but I can tell you this I've rebuilt myself and have come to terms with what's going on and just have to watch that's it that's all I can do with my mother but I will never let anything or anyone ever take the wind out of my sales again.
my father used to say if you get knocked on your ass you get up twice as strong and come out swinging with everything you've got and those words ring true for all of us as men.
Love your work. I'm commenting on this video because I want to ask about a new circumstance I'm faced with and I'm sure many others deal with as well. So, I'm dealing with the "i need space/break thing, been following the steps and not initiating contact, but she still does all these little things to contact me, for example, she will like my facebook posts, and send me memes and funny pics on instagram (that was our thing). So my point is, we dont talk, i dont initiate, she stays in contact with me thru these little acts, and i just laugh and ask hows work, etc..but, she still wants space. This happened to me she told me she wanted to be just friends I ask why she said i was to clingy. (Before finding Coach Corey) I stop all contact on my own seen her a couple weeks later she chased me threw the mall begged for my number called me to see if I gave her the Real Number. And said she was sorry she didn't know what she wanted. In all honestly I was completely over her so she got cut off completely.

I'm confused as to how some of your advice can be helpful to us women. If the woman is supposed to reach out most of the time, doesn't that appear as neediness? I agree with lots you say. I just wish you had more videos that give advice to us women. I often want to take your advice but not sure how much of it applies to both genders and how much would be harmful if applied by women because its masculine. Your clarification would be greatly appreciated. thank you! :)
Stop trying to be man by following what I teach men to do, and do what women normally, naturally and innately do. The more safe and comfortable a woman feels, the more her attraction will grow and the more she will naturally reach out. If you reach out to a man and he does not respond, reciprocate interest or make a date, then you don't keep contacting him. Make sure a guy makes you fell wanted and desired and treats you the way you want. If he ever makes you feel like he takes you for granted, wait several more days before you reach out the next time. Scarcity creates value. If you feel undervalued, become more scarce in his life. The more valued he makes you feel, the more abundant you can be in his life. By understanding the book and what women and men naturally do, you can tell if the guy knows what he is doing in response to your reaching out. If he seems clueless, that should be your signal to move on, not stick around trying to fix or mold him. Find a man who acts like a man with my material. Use it to help you sort and qualify your prospects to find the right one (or ones) for you.

actually, I'm not chasing.... I'm doing the opposite and was only enquiring because there is much advice out here that seems contradictory to me. I am constantly working on myself and finding ways to be the best version of me I can be. Hence me watching these videos and seeking advice. What you find you need to negatively comment about others, is usually something you need to look at within yourself. You are apparently watching these videos as well. Does this make you insecure and needing to build your self esteem too? and I do not need a reply from you, its only something for you to think about. :)

Coach Corey, So i texted my ex yesterday and she responded nicely and we chatted a bit and she was very interested and invested in the conversation. Today I wasn't going to text her and she texted me and continued happy and chatty. I flirted a bit with her and sometimes she answered me positively and sometimes neutral. Is it a good sign?And do you have some tips?We had a great connection but I became beta in front of her with a lot of attitudes. I'm improving myself each day for myself and I don't want to fall in to the same habits.
Ps: When we broke up she said she wasn't attracted to me anymore and sounded very confused (said she only liked me as friend, Then said she did love me but it changed, then said she doesn't want me out of her life and want to stay as friends, etc).

You know us Millennials are into texting and snapchatting. Do I still have to apply to that 100% Isn't there a generational difference between the women u have success with and the women I would have success with?
Always call to set a date it will make you different from all the other guys. I'm 22 and females my age are into texting to but I always call when I'm trying to set a date.

A sigma is basically a low key alpha who doesn’t need a crowd to feel like he’s an alpha he does what the fuck he wants when he wants and needs no followers or approval or social status to define him as an alpha. He still feels like he’s in charge even when he has no one to be in charge of because he’s in charge of his own life . He moves to the beat of his own drum. Basically an alpha who doesn’t feel the need to prove or define himself as an alpha. He lives outside the hierarchy.
An alpha is the jock and a sigma is the cool kid.
You’ll find a lot of alphas collapse when things don’t go their own way or when they have no one to lead. Their natural leaders and need the attention of their followers to keep feeling that way.
Think of an Alpha as a loud in your face lion. A sigma is a wolf who risks leaving his own pack and chooses to hunt alone instead. The sigma is ironically more alpha because he chooses not to be.
An alpha is the captain of the football team. A sigma plays a whole different game of his own. They are usually the only thing that true alphas are afraid of because they know they cannot boss them around because they lead themselves and will actively challenge an alpha when he tries to do so.
The alpha needs his pack as much as his pack needs him. The sigma doesn’t need anyone but himself and only chooses to entertain and mingle with others when it benefits him.
James Bond, although fictional is a great example of a sigma male.
