Okay, can we just talk about how I mad I was that you called that a magic circle (thinking it wasn't).... until I rewatched 1:23 - 1:48 about 17 times and realized that is the most amazing way to do a magic circle and just changed my life?? My magic circle always makes the tension of my first round a complete hot mess. This is truly amazing and I have never seen anyone else do it this way!!!

If I want to make it bigger, I changed the first row stitches from 6 to 12 and double everything is that gonna work
It might work but I would do it like this. ☺
If you want to make the strawberry bigger, continue to increase 3 stitches evenly after r 7.
Example
r 8: [7 sc, inc]x3. (27)
r 9: [8 sc, inc]x3. (30)
etc.
You also need to add a couple of extra r with 1 sc in each stitch. Like done on r 8-9.
Decrease 6 st evenly on each r until you have only 6 st left.

make two single crochets in the stitch that needs an increase. Basically, you are making two single crochets in the one stitch to make your stitch count bigger.
