    I think not going back to the psychward is a great goal, interesting video that I think my bro could react to, I hope they can find you a good medication, and you seem like a kind person. I wish you the best bro.

    Sorry that you have to be on so many medications Cory. I hate the psych wards too. The only positive thing about them was that I made friends. May I ask is the Rexulti making you sleep a lot more?

      No not really, it actually kind of gives me energy. I sleep around 7-9 hours a night right now. It's a big improvement because I was sleeping 12-16 hours on Invega and Zyprexa.

      @@corymodzeleski7191 I do have problems with oversleeping. I'll definitely bring this up to my psychiatrist. Thank you Cory. I just hope that Rexulti is available over here.

      @@Mannie455g Oh ok yeah that's right you are in a different part of the world... I hope it's available there too friend, or at least something less sedating than Zyprexa. I know that oversleeping stuff is just terrible to deal with. I really hope it goes well Mannie, keep me updated please!

    How do you like visterol? I heard good things about that

      I'm impressed with it, it's fast-acting and it works for panic attacks, but it does make me drowsy so I try not to take it unless I have nothing else going on for the next 2-3 hours.

    Have you ever experienced loss of balance while on some meds? For example, you walk being uncertain, drifting to one side? Also, have you ever experienced unwanted movements e.g. rotating head left and right, or some other unwanted movement?

      @corymodzeleski7191  3 года назад +1

      Loss of balance - No, but uncontrollable movements - Yes.

      I think it's Vistaril. And the generic brand is Hydroxyzine.

    Ummm yeah I would like to get back into exercising even just a little more as well lol. How did you get back into it? I have a hard time starting things especially as I currently don’t really have a schedule.
    I’m glad you’re not having too many medication side effects at the moment! Sometimes several medications, as long as they’re the right ones administered with care, can be better and less harmful than one or two that don’t help or arent a good match. Well, I’m thinking of my own experiences also lol.

      Thank you Noelle! As far as how I got back into the exercise, I just started forcing myself back into it one morning a week and a half ago. I had already been on my diet for a couple weeks and lost a small amount of weight, and I realized if I wanna accomplish my goals I have to start including exercise too. So I just set aside 30 minutes in the morning after I wake up and take morning meds 3-4 times a week to exercise at home. I don't even go to a gym, I just do push ups and sit ups in the comfort of my own home.
