🤔 I have the 08 FX35 and I haven't faced that many problems. You are spot-on about those damn headlights, the driver's seat and the brakes however. I hope that I don't run up on any of that other!

For the brakes, the solution is akebono brake pads, not the big brake akebono brake set up. Oem brake pads but it has to be akebono brand. Even if the rotors are warped, the akebono brake pads fix everything.
