Excellent episode, definitely the best I've seen yet here. I LOVE 24 hour yogurt. I made it for years from raw, organic, 100% grass-fed milk. I never heated it beyond the 105 temp needed to ferment it into yogurt. In fact the cows where I owned part of the herd when I lived up there were even A2 though that is an area where I have not done enough digging to have much of an opinion on myself. I know they were fabulous healthy "happy" cows and I dearly loved to drive up to that amazing dairy farm and know my farmer and see my cows and pat them and get my milk straight from the milk tank in the milking house, never more than 48 hours old when I got it, on average usually about 4 to 6 hours old when I got mine. I want my 24 hour yogurt again in future... I am hoping! Today is day 40 for me on carnivore. I went shopping at two different stores on my home from work today, Aldi and Publix and bought a combination of conventional and grass-finished ground beef which was also a mix of how much fat was in it. I strongly prefer the grass-finished and I know that has been a part of all the healing we have done over the last 15 or 20 years. But my 21yo who is rather unhealthy in the last two years just as I had started becoming again too, has followed me into this carnivore thing. We are both depression free already. And I just have to find a way to stick with it regardless of the economy destruction forces at play trying to tear us all down right now. I also bought a pack of bacon, two pounds of ground veal and two dozen eggs today. I would have bought a ton more lamb if I could have! Lord willing we are going to keep healing more and more!
I had my own Jersey cow but untill I quit dairy I had bleeding bowels for more than 20 years. I was told I am allergic to casein, not lactose intolerant. Therefore yoghurt, cheese too! Why do you miss the casein thing? I was also told this can develop as an infant by introducing cow milk at a young age( I was weaned at 5 months and put on “milk toast” )
I've been eating and enjoying raw hamburger from a good source. After hearing Dr Schindler talk about lightly cooking meat I'm not sure if I should return to cooking. As always I'll have to do my own experimentation
“Humanity originated from Africa” is an etched-in-stone false concept, belief…guess, imho. The various races of humanity informs us that that is an untrue theory. Same for the theory that the Western Hemisphere’s native population was derived from Asia. There are distinctly different racial features between natives and Asians (although similarities exist, but too different). Humanity likely sprang-up in pockets worldwide, not solely the continent of Africa - that’s an old caveman’s wives’ tale (tail?).

"Human women have the most dangerous and painful childbirth of any animal on the planet." Dr. Bill Schindler. I know.

Somalis, camel milk. South Sudanese, long horned cattle milk .. they are all very tall people.

What about the Vapor Canopy?? Dr Bill Shindler
Air dried meat is a good way to preserve it. Needs no cooking
