Oh for $395, this has probably the best value for any Michelin restaurant I've ever seen. For this experience, location, a boat tour, and level of food, this shluld be WAY more expensive

Funny enough… because the restaurant floats… we got super dizzy at first not knowing why and thought they poisoned us hahah… but realized it was the slight buoyancy which eventually went away and we walked out alive haha!

I think they're actually doing quite well, we had to book out a few months in advance to secure a spot!
Not much passing trade for sure! It’s a destination restaurant though, so it works from that perspective.
Almost always fully booked, we missed it when we were there last October :(
Lets have a little game. How many months before they get their first michelin star?
We'll find out when Michelin reveals this year!! Let's see haha!

Its suspect, even with Alexander the guest he changed the title and thumbnail a few times
they are probably trying to get the algo to catch, they should have way more followers on this channel, get more eyes on their older videos for some of the newer followers who may not go all the way back which also helps build their follower count. we should all be rooting it on as there are not many accounts that cover this type of food with this detail, a lot of things are tik tok focused, this is more in depth.
