Stop using seed oils for cooking. Switch to natural fats like lard, tallow, butter, and gee. Lard and tallow handle the heat best. They clean up with regular dish detergent and water. Seed oils were first designed as machine lubricant, to seal wood and as a cheap lamp oil. That hard yellow stuff you see on walls with seed oils is shellac. That also ends up in your cells, stiffening them. Think about that. Then they decided to use seed oil as food. In the 1940s people were starting to talk about the twenty year shadow effect. Twenty years after seed oils enter a populations diet, heart attacks and strokes increased dramatically. Funny enough, that is when the food industry bought, sorry, donated a large amount of money to the American Heart Association. Not the first charity they bought off. Think Cancer, Diabetics, etc. A young doctor in the early 1900s who was thinking about specializing in heart disease wrote to a friend saying he was warned to not do it. No money to be made as it was so rare. And when they tell you people died early back then, it was not heart disease. First you had to make it to age 6 with out dying. Then you had to make it threw adulthood without a major accident killing you. Or a major disease like cholera. As a woman you had to make it threw childbirth over and over again. Often under horrible conditions. But if you did, you could make it well into your 80s or 90s. Brain still functioning for the most part. Dementia has also increased since the 70s. The food industry also put Ansel Keys on the American Heart Association, as well as putting a lot of money behind his still never proven lipid hypothesis. They knew he cheated to get his result in his 7 country study. He had data from over 30 countries and cherry picked those he could make fit. During this same time a scientist by the name of John Yutkin, who did not cheat put out his now often proven sugar hypothesis. And if that is not enough to convince you the corn oil industry did a very good study in the 90s using several veteran hospitals. Half had natural animal fats. The other half corn oil. The study was to last 10 years but had to be stopped at 6. One group had 3 times the cancer rates. They buried that study instead of publishing it. It was just found about 7 or 8 years age. So you know what caused the cancer. If still unconvinced, look up the Korean Cholesterol Mortality Study published in 2019. Over 12 million subjects and no funding from the food industry or big Pharma. People between 200 and 260 live the longest. Over that barely any increases in death even at 400 or even 500. Under 200, where they say you should be for their profits, the death rate for all causes increases dramatically. That includes violence and suiside. I remember my parents talking about the sudden increase in mental disorders in the 70s. Depression, ADHD, autism, etc. They did now understand it. It was because we were switching away from natural human diets to food industry profit diets.

That could leave a residue and complicate matters when you want to repaint. I wouldn't. Call a paint store and ask them about best way to clean painted walls.
If your cabinets are greasy do NOT try to dust them! You'll just make your clean-up job harder. Grease is sticky, and a swiffer handle held will do F all to make them look better.
Unless you are doing a bond clean or a thorough deep clean, you would just wash the surface. You wont need to dust. Also oil on wood will make it greasy and its hard to gauge how much is enough. Personally, I have never used oil on wood except for polishing. But thanks for video by the way. You would be a joy to have cleaning someone elses house
I have oak cabinets in my rental. I HATE them. A real pain to clean. I also constantly clean my stove and the hood over it before I cook because I have a dog that sheds and the warmth of the stove is like a magnet for her fur that is always floating around no matter how well I keep her brushed and groomed. It's a full time job. I miss my previous home, that I owned, because the cabinets were white and very easy to clean. I love real wood but this is ridiculous!!
Sorry, but those methods are TOTALLY ineffectual on deep, sticky grease residue- such as you can sometimes find when you move into a place where the prior occupants didn’t stay on top of their cleaning. The Scrub Daddy / Mommy is a great idea - but I suggest pairing it with a more substantial cleaner such as Krud Cutter (or in severe cases, try the purple spray found in automotive stores) and let it sit for a minute before wiping up. Then you can go ahead and rinse and dry. I prefer using paper towels to dry, because in the unfortunate instances where a trace of grease hasn’t come up, you can clearly see the tinge of amber which lets know you need to hit that spot with degreaser again. Those which remain clean can be laid flat and set aside to dry and reuse while you work your way around the kitchen to minimize waste. Besides, who wants to launder cleaning cloths which have picked up kitchen grease - and risk having them stain your clothes? We’re looking to make completing household tasks more efficient - not adding to the list of chores which must be tackled!
My blinds next to my stove are always coated with sticky grease and required a ton of scrubbing. Can you use cabinet cleaner to clean your walls?
That could leave a residue and complicate matters when you want to repaint. I wouldn't. Call a paint store and ask them about best way to clean painted walls.
You will find that most people do that level of cleaning, only when the house is due to be inspected (if you're renting) or if it's being sold😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
So the tip is use soapy water? 😅
Never would have occurred to anyone.
If your cabinets are greasy do NOT try to dust them! You'll just make your clean-up job harder. Grease is sticky, and a swiffer handle held will do F all to make them look better.
Any chance you are free to just come over and help?🙂

Thanks for watching!
Don’t we clean the inside of the cabinets before the outside ?
Unless you are doing a bond clean or a thorough deep clean, you would just wash the surface. You wont need to dust. Also oil on wood will make it greasy and its hard to gauge how much is enough. Personally, I have never used oil on wood except for polishing. But thanks for video by the way. You would be a joy to have cleaning someone elses house
Oh man i hate the smell of Murphy's oil.
Then don’t use it.😊

The thing I have less clue how to clean are fingerprints on kitchen cabinets
I have oak cabinets in my rental. I HATE them. A real pain to clean. I also constantly clean my stove and the hood over it before I cook because I have a dog that sheds and the warmth of the stove is like a magnet for her fur that is always floating around no matter how well I keep her brushed and groomed. It's a full time job. I miss my previous home, that I owned, because the cabinets were white and very easy to clean. I love real wood but this is ridiculous!!
Milsek or TSP works great on cabinets. TSP will take that grease off quickly.
Do you ever wax cabinets to keep them clean?
Buy a steam cleaner. Cleaned and sterilised in a fraction of the time. Dry off with a microfibre cloth.

Seriously 😂
