    材料:马鲛鱼800克
    1)马鲛鱼破肚清理内脏,然后清洗干净
    2)切开鱼肉,然后去皮
    3)把鱼肉剁成泥,加入1茶匙盐,继续拍打至有弹性
    4)热锅倒油,放入马鲛鱼肉,全程用小火煎,把马鲛鱼铲成小块,越小越好
    5)把鱼饼炒成焦黄色,加入2勺黑酱油,继续翻炒至上色
    6)炒至微焦就可以出锅了

    2:09 请问油变少了是因为鱼饼吸很多油,还是你拿回出来一点了?
