The scaffold company I work for has us do 30 mins of working out at the start of the day (we're on the clock, obviously) and it's reduced workplace injuries and strains by a huge number. Our job is physically demanding and at times you're relying on your crew to literally keep you alive so it's always good to know that the guy keeping you from falling to your death is physically fit enough. It's great to see a police department even just having a gym on site. Well trained police are always the nicest to deal with.

After we bought it in we haven't had a time off injury since. So with the company paying for us to get in a quick workout it's has payed off for them too. Stretching at the very least is so important when you do physical labor. It's about the only thing the office poges got right XD

I’m glad you are excited about being a officer. Do yourself and everyone else a favor, learn the laws. Particularly the bull of rights and the rights of citizens. Remember you can’t or at least shouldn’t ask for ID Unless there’s a crime. IM NOT TRYING TO BE NEGATIVE BUT it’s embarrassing to me for the cops they ask for a ID if you just walk up on people. For car stops yes. But jerking people around asking for ID with no reason is not right snd it makes you look stupid. Like you don’t know what your doing. Also when someone is trying to talk to you, LISTEN! If you don’t it makes you look stupid snd like you don’t know what your doing. Also if people know their rights, you can tell they know their rights, don’t lie. Don’t make up stuff. It makes you look stupid.

Please, everyone remember to take everything published officially by police departments and government agencies in general, with a certain level of skepticism. I don't doubt that these cops are generally alright at what they do, as police officers and as people, but I am also aware that the City of Tustin is showing its audience a refined, perhaps enhanced image of daily police life - they wouldn't post something that makes their employees look bad. With that being said, this video was a nice watch.

Well we wanted a more liberal democracy .. so there u have it . A guy can go to a Toyota dealership , threaten the entire staff , walk around the cars as if to intimidate he is going to do something to them , then tell them he will come get them later at their house and do them harm etc. Talk about a gun he supposedly had and disrupted the ambiance of the whole dealership and does not get arrested no even for trespassing!wow … we deserve what we have ..

This PD Project & footage is so helpful, it helps train Police Officers up & serves a good purpose always.
I think it’s great to see the Police in action & to witness how they work.
This good guy drove pretty safely even during the pursuit, but finally surrendered peacefully without a fight.
I still find it amazing with all of the evil, crime, illness, mental illness, & troubles that go on out here sometimes, how unbelievably nice & lenient the Cops are, always, with all’s best interest, life, food & shelter, health, happiness, & survival in mind and at heart, always, regardless of all always.
With even the “slightest mention” of a gun in one of these cases, the Police can literally throw the entire book at you, lock you up, & throw away the key for a long time, always, period.
But they chose to give a warning, and just ban a person from a certain property to solve the problem, with their evaluation & all things considered regarding the case. It’s awesome & it’s building trust again in our Police Department, they’re so nice, thank you.
We don’t want to see peoples getting locked up, jailed, & taken from their homes & freedom, unless it’s absolutely legally justified & deserved & required, always, regardless of all always.
