- This is an HVAC conceptual video about the "Two-way valve of HVAC System" regarding the HVAC system valves which are commonly used in chilled/hot water loops at AHUs and FCUs with accessories. This video is in the Urdu/Hindi language. It is basic learning detailed information for new or fresh engineers or technical field persons. It is also important for HVAC/MEP technical staff to leaning points of view. Here sharing my experience and knowledge that will be helpful to learn & grow for Engineers & Technical staff. Jazakaallah bhai... please I want to know regarding the control valves such as DRV or PICV used in high rise buildings,their is PN rating,how to select these valves based on height of the building or number of floor levels...

Tanveer bhai humare ship ke room me temperature 23 rakha tha per rehta 18 degree hi hai ye valves me kia problem aata hai 1 baar technician aaya tha company ka usne valve ki setting ki phir temperature jo rakhte hain wo maintain hota hai zara help karen actuator valves me lever ko kia karen ka masla hal hojae baki rooms me?
If you have set temperature 23°C and found 18°C then it means someone has bypass this motorized valve therefore temperature does not control and valve remain open.

Brother i have a question.
Our chilled water system is district cooling system and constant water flow is coming in to the AHU. In return line of the ahu we use PICV Valve. When our PICV valve complete close due to the temperature achieve then how we bye pass the water automatically. Can we use two way motorized valve for bye pass.
Why you want to bypass? while picv working of balancing and two/three way valve automatically
@@TanweerAhmed if picv valve complete close then pressure increase in the ahu supply line
This is pressure independent control valve PICV means it will control automatically delta pressure and you have to just set the design flow of AHU.

@@TanweerAhmed our consultants said us we give two valve in the bye pass if PICV valve close then two way valve automatically open so we no need to manual open the bye pass valve. This is correct procedure.

What is balancing valve doing here. Why it is used when 2 way or 3 way already used in return line. I think many times balancing valve not use
