BTU Meter is used for measuring energy consumed. Like chilled used in commercial building which is measured through BTU Meter

Difference between picu on/off and modulating
On/Off means valve open/closed and modulating means percentage valve open/close as per demand
automatic balancing valve vs picv
PICV include thermostat and balancing valve without thermostat connection
Replace balancing valve and two-way actuator valve with PICV valve
Diagram is same
