    About Jackson at NAMM:
Jackson was there! The NAMM Show is an annual event in the United States that is organized by the National Association of Music Merchants, who describe it as "the industry’s largest stage, uniting the global music, sound and entertainment technology communities" Check it out with Jackson.
    About Jackson:
Jackson began back in the late 1970s, when heavy music experienced a flamboyant and virtuosic resurgence in popularity and a small Southern California guitar repair shop became the epicenter of a new level of shred-approved excellence. Ever since then, Jackson guitars have been universally lauded as the metal guitars; the shred machines-highly original high-performance instruments of distinctive style and formidable substance. From metal’s chart-topping peaks to its darkest recesses, for discerning guitarists all over the globe, Jackson is the only way to go.

Always wondered why Jackson never made an X version of the Phil Collen model to be more affordable to players on a budget...

Multi scale is good design for playability, it’s cool to not have to make as many sacrifices when using low tuning. Glad to see more companies adding it to their lineup.

Good to see new stuff coming to the market. But when will we get the full Custom Shop facility back for Europe? It's been gone for two years or more.

I've been using Jackson since the mid-80s and never will switch to anything else. Mike Shannon has made guitars for me to as well PC 00069, Phil Collen archtop reverse headstock zig zag mop inlays super silver sparkle. Best ever build.

I'm on my second custom shop instrument, and they are just amazing. My only constructive critique is to remove the third-party middle man in the process. I'm sure there is a logical reason to have to go through an affiliated custom shop dealer, and perhaps it is because Charvel/Jackson don't want to put someone on their payroll to handle that administrative task. Also, they apparently aren't short on business, so the model isn't broke to them. I just have to wonder how much of a markup the dealers are getting for being involved... perhaps I'm over-exaggerating that cost in my mind. Thanks for letting me rant :)

truth. though cmc and several others have your standard 3 - 4k around price for crazy stuff. relatively reasonable as far as a big purchase i guess. some dealers do go 5k

I'd like to play Jackson's but I find that the necks are just too wide for my average hands. I'm constantly playing ESP's for this reason because their standard guitars have 42mm nut-width much like Fenders. The Jeff Hanneman has a 41mm nut-width which is actually perfect for me. I'm going to have design my own guitar in the end and get somebody to build it for me.

I see so many artists getting signature guitars, but yall always look over the most underrated players..Scotty Hill from skidrow with those iconic solos, what's up with that..That blue Jackson he done the self titled skidrow album should definitely have his time to shine..Alot of these signature guitars out today are from artists who nobody really cares about or listens to but people like Scotty Hill you just cant replace nor can you duplicate, it would be a shame to overlook such a ledgon of the industry..

Why does fender/Jackson make so many basswood guitars? Does ibanez have their hand in jackson designs? Poplar and basswood sound terrible.
