First bullseye Charvel I remember seeing was the guitar player for Rick James. He had the whole 1980 EVH look going on.
Yes! Two great things in one episode! The amazing, melodic and well rounded guitarist Thomas Blug and a killer collection of 80s Charvels! Thank you!!
Awesome guitars and great playing, too!
Amazing guitar collection!
Cool guitar
Never seen Mr. Blug shred before: A true master of all (!) genres!
I think the bullseye graphic has been around since the mid 80s. I know the guy from Twisted Sister had one!
Year , right , was it Eddie Ojeda or Jay.Jay .French ?

Charvel is owned by Fender today! Wayne guitars is the own brand of Wayne Charvel!
I have access to original Charvel owned by John “Rockie” Rockwell of the LA band “Tyrant”. It is one of the very first Star guitars… soon to be offered for sale .
Let us know - we might buy it. mail to: nils@no1-guitars.de

LMAO, Zakk Wylde didn't steal the bull's-eye graphic from anyone... funny that is even suggested when you mention it was being used by multiple players around that time! Rather, what he actually wanted was the Vertigo graphic, which Gibson goofed up and gave him the more generic design instead by mistake. He did end up getting that original graphic that he wanted later down the road, though! \m/
