I've missed watching these kinds of videos. It was nice to have some company on this rainy Wednesday morning. I am currently obsessed with PO73, Rosa Gallery has it as Flame Red and Van Gogh has it as Pyrrole Orange too. Mix it with your blues Miranda and watch some serious magic happen!
I didn't know that Rembrandt had a dot card kit! I love painting them out, they're so much fun. It's great that they included a lovely swatch chart as well, what a nice looking kit. Some really pretty colours on there too. ❤ Edit: after doing a search, it looks like the Experience Kits may only be in America right now - maybe they'll make it to Australia eventually. I hope!
It was so interesting to watch you swatching these! I got a few of the Rembrandts in an Upcrate Box a while ago and I loved these paints! Somewhere I lost my yellow so I wanted to order a new one and a few more colors ☺️.. I’m totally hooked by the Dusk colors ❤️ I also need (want) them now 😃
Very very lovely concentrated colours, I've never tried this brand but they seem very pigmented and wet quite well, the dusk pink and green are gorgeous!! Not to keen on the dusk yellow though, nice video! :D
This was so lovely to watch! Thank you for swatching them Miranda, I hadn't tried any of the regular rembrandt colours but there were certainly some I need to take a closer look at x x
I've been interested in trying some Rembrandt wcs. From what I understand, they're right up there in quality with all the other premium artist wcs, And I have a couple of sets of their less expensive Van Gogh line. As many of you know, Van Gogh is their student grade but very high quality (I guess they use more fillers & some less expensive pigments?) I love the reds & pinks set that includes some violet shades and two granulating colors. Beautiful! Thanks, Miranda! p.s. I may ask for the 48 color set for Christmas 🎄
I have some from M. Graham and theirs is also quite brown, in fact they call it Quinacradone Rust. But it's very strong tinting as you would expect with M. Graham! It's honestly a nice transparent sub for Burnt Sienna.

Okay, thanks!
Man ... now I really want these sparkly colors 😩
They're so pretty!
These are lovely! So fun to watch you swatch. Can’t wait for you to get back into the dot card paintings, I love watching those!
They are fun to do!

Oh, bummer they are only in America. The swatch paper they included was a great bonus!
😂 those outtakes! I don't know how I missed this video when it came out.

I can't wait to see them on your channel!

Thank you so much 😊
Love swatching videos. Thanks for sharing. Much love ❤️
Glad you like them! They're fun to make, too.
I love the chameleon blue/green/gold.
Yeah, it's a pretty one!
These paints have been around for some years. But thanks for making this video. I love swatching videos 😊.
My pleasure 😊
I’m a sucker for a titan buff, which is ridiculous. This one looks amazing and I want it, despite being fully capable of mixing it myself…
I also love Titan Buff. Don't know why, just do.
This was fun, thanks. That Manganese is only a Series 1? That’s a deal.
I've been curious about the Rembrandt watercolor line. Watching this was so satisfying. 😊
I'm so glad!
This is really satisfying to watch ☺☺
I have the student grade version of the dusk colors (Van Gogh) and they are so gorgeous. 😍
I love mine!
@@MirandaWatsonArt It looks like the difference might only be the amount of pigment used.
Where can I purchase dot card_
This one came from Jerrysartarama.com

I really love my Rembrandt watercolors. I enjoy using them every time.
Darn it! Amazon had half pans of 3 of the chameleon colors. I had a credit on my account. So I ordered them.
Hahaha!

I really love both my Rembrandt and Van Gogh. Such nice products. 👌
I want rembrant paints so badly, but I'm on a no buy, too!
I need to see how many I have in tubes; maybe I can send you a mini-palette. I'll look over the next few weeks when I get a chance.
They are par kor kitties like my nutty kitty cats lol
Definitely
Wondering where you got the dot card...
Jerrysartarama.com
I think I see some dusk colors in my future...
Get the half-pans as many people are having problems with the tube version. They ARE beautiful, though!
Thanks so much for the tip!
i agree with the PO48, not my fave either. it’s also not very strongtinting compared to, say, Daniel Smith.

I can't wait until I have the time to compare the brands more directly. It'll be so fun!
