I Honestly do feel like the dynasty was a bit lacking in other aspects of content or it could just be that because the dynasty has yet to be made the only thing they can offer others is blood and power. Because to me a dynasty should offer more then just power or blood but that makes a lot of since. Sense a lot tarnished have become disillusion with the golden order so it makes a lot of since that the outer god’s would use this to their advantage to get followers or grow their own power base in the land between.🐱
Disclaimer: I am Garbage at Elden Ring and FromSoft games I once invaded a guy who was co-op’ing with someone else. Full mage build, comet azur spammer type fella, and their friend a samurai. Apparently I invaded them in the middle of them fighting an erdtree avatar, and just as the mage (the host of fingers) was going to comet azur the erdtree, I walked up behind him and backstabbed him with my weapon, one-shotting him and succeeding at the invasion.

I wish Yura didnt die so early. Eleanora could have been found in very late game. Also, it would have been so cool if Yura aided you each time you were invaded by a bloody finger (NPC, not another player) if you had the white ring activated that calls for the aid of hunters of bloody fingers. And everytime he aided you, new dialogue would emerge. Also, it would have been amazing if he also aided you against Mogh and Varre. And then, he still meets his end to Eleanora, in the snow region, which you arrive late game anyway.
Imo Eleonora isn't a Reedlander like Okina and Yura. Her name is Italian unlike Yura and Okina which are Japanese names. She wears the Drake Knight set and uses Dragon Communion incantations. My theory is that she was once a Drake Knight dragonslayer who partook in Dragon Communion and became acquainted/friends with Yura. This is why he knows a lot of info about Dragon Communion. Then Yura might've given her the naginata poleblade as a token of their friendship. And at some point Eleonora became obsessed with bloodlust and murder, and came into contact with Mohg who offered her eternal bloodshed and her thirst would never go unsated, similar to Okina.
A month late to this video, but the bloody fingers and Mohg all definitely have my favorite lore. My build is a super mobile arcane/strength build. The whole theme is a banished knight turned bloody finger. So I used dual banished knight great swords with wind magic and bleed from the black whetblade. Super fun way to play, would recommend.
This is two days late of the release of the video but I highly request a video on the Godskin Apostle and Godskin Noble. Undoubtedly my favorite designed enemies/ bosses in all of Fromsoft’s games. Btw you earned a sub man, more videos don’t always gotta be incredibly high production such as Vaati’s.
Appreciate it man! With the godskin apostles there are already some pretty extensive lore videos out there, but that doesn't mean we can't dive in and see if there's anything other people have missed. We do want to up our production quality, sound is first and foremost, but it's great to see how many people are willing to bear with us while we learn the ropes.

I would assume he targets the blood of tarnished in order to thin their ranks and reduce the chances of one becoming the next elden lord. Remember, he wants to raise Miquella to godhood and become his elden lord/usurp him so he can't have some tarnished beat him to the elden ring.
Im a bloody finger, my character was made to look like a bandit, zamor chest , with bloodhound arms and legs, and a omenkiller mask wielding two scavenger curved swords one infused with raptor of the mist the other infused with chilling mist , a bandit cursed to rend his foes and steal their runes for all eternity hoping to one day be put to rest by a holy warrior that way his soul will no longer be trapped in the clutches of the lord of blood.
Love your videos and love your voice. My only critique would be the video quality. I think you could get better definition at 720p by adjusting your recording settings to use VBR or ICQ encoding if you aren't already. That said the video quality doesn't really matter in lore videos. Thanks for the content.
It would've been really cool if we pick a certain "covenant" to follow we got benefits from it. Like maybe no getting invaded by bloody fingers or new dialogue for fighting Mohg and instead he's just shooting the shit with us lol
I think this was done for practicality reasons. In previous souls games we'd have to choose a side and live with it in some cases, in Elden Ring I think their reasoning was that the game is so massive they didn't want to lock you out of too much content in a single playthrough.

That's after he dies and Shabriri possesses his body. Check around outside the Raya Lucaria Academy north gate, and see if you can find Yura's sword. It should be where ever he was standing when you reached the mountaintops, since Shabriri leaves it behind.

My current theory is that Mohg The Omen is much like Margit, it's a projection of the real character. My thought is that guarding the path to the Frenzied flame was mohgs actual job in the golden order since he was an omen and could hold no title. He left the projection of himself there to do the job while he tried to revive miquella and attain godhood.

We definitely had audio issues in our earlier videos. Since our Nights Cavalry vid we've been able to make what we think are vast improvements with a new mic and editing software.
Basically, Elenora is the oldest of three children, the other to are Okina and my character, Malakar. They all come from the land of reeds. The two oldest of the three siblings (Okina and Elenora) traveled to the lands between by boat, that is where they resided until their fates came into play. That is when my character (Malakar) was sent to the lands between in search for the two. He ended up finding them but they both turned on him, because of the journey that Malakar took. He is now Elden lord and is soon to return to land of reeds. There is a lot more in detail that I can go but I made it simpler for the sake of my fingers. I am also going to share the armor that I use for this character. Royal remains helm, Patches’s armor, and the Land of reeds gauntlets and greaves.

I love that in the final release Fromsoft changed Varre's dialogue by toning down how much of a complete asshole he is to the player and I can almost guarantee it's because they were afraid the vast majority of players would simply try to kill him right off the bat LOLXD!!.. Honestly in the network test version he was so much worse 😈

What’s funny is that they make these like PvP fights when they could have just had be like an enemy that pops out of nowhere on you and is trying to kill you. And the other guy comes running up to help you. I never understood why in the story there invade you like it’s online
Because that’s how the bloody finger item works, it causes you to invade another persons world. So I think they do it for the sake of consistency. Makes sense to me

This is a good point. The fact that the tarnished spill blood in his name is also a bonus.

In 3 days I have defeated around 80 tarnished with my lvl 9 build, margot isn't the first boss, I am lol

Look man, its admirable you want to make a video about this,, and that you're informing people on lore, but please, don't go for that Vatti Vidya voice. its not great. Do you OWN thing, make your OWN style and try to stay away form emulating competitors. it won't earn you more points when reviewed among your peers, as comparisons are too closely drawn, and one, is much older and cemented in a community, than the other, being you. Keep doing this if its what you enjoy, but strike out and make it your own, you don't need to emulate anyone else. Good luck moving forward fam

XD I'm saying he doesn't have to DO what's already been done and the youtube lore community is now oversaturated by it all.
