Question: Has impossible training experimented with incorporating AI into training at all? I could see some LLM programs being valuable for thinking outside of the box and helping to innovate/invent new ideas/moves/techniques that the human brain may miss or hasn't thought of yet.

Similar to how Jazz Musicians learn how to solo.

In total agreement, remember watching MJ and Kobe especially in highlights and actually doing the same moves. Especially being put in positions saying to myself, what would MJ do or what would Kobe do. It's way easier now to view these clips or highlights or what Ball players/Skill Trainers are doing now.

The idea that you shouldn't copy moves makes literally no sense. I've never seen a single pro, college, or high level high school player that doesn't practice and copy moves deliberately in some form. While it's true that some small inclusion of improvisation training is important, you have to have a high baseline level of skill to really even reap the most benefits out of that sort of training in the first place. I would have never made it to the college level without copying and rehearsing moves on a regular basis.
