I’ve had , I’m 52 now , r100 , rx2, rx3 coupe , 2 rx4,s, 3 rx7,s , currently have ser 3rx7 , by far the best rotary I’ve owned is the r100 no doubt , jport 12a awesome 😎
I had a '69 R100 back in the mid 80s when it was considered the black sheep of the rotary family and VERY uncool. I didn't care though as I thought it was great and I regret to this day having to sell it. Of course it's a completely different story these days as they have becoming a unicorn car and even a bare rusty shell will set you back big money. Even then there weren't many around in Melbourne (or anywhere else for that matter) so to make it stand out even more I decided to get personalised plates, I wanted "MR100" but that was unavailable, so I ended up with "MR0100" which I thought was close enough. About 6 months later I was out driving and couldn't believe when I pulled up behind a nice E Class Merc bearing *my* "MR100" rego plates! No amount of horn honking, headlight flashing or arm waving would convince the old guy to pull over so I could ask if he'd be willing to do some sort of swap. It dawned on me that I was freaking out the poor bugger so I just pulled up a random side street to let him go......
Dose anyone know anything about the 4 door sedan R100 everything is exactly the same but just 4 door ive recently bought it and can't seem to find any info
So nice…. We used to sneer at R100’s back when…… when I bought my Rx2’s. One I paid $1500 for and the other $600.
Nice looking car.
Magnificent
I’m in love !!!! 😻😻😻

My car dream
It is a special car..
What a beaut
I owned one of these in 1971 and it was the best car I ever had! Yours is a beauty. But they put the steering wheel on the wrong side!
Immaculate
It sure is!
Find the owner of the other r100 in the background and get a vid up. Sounds awesome. Old school “tinny” sounding exhaust note.
12a turbo

Restored or brand new? Tell us more!
Restored to a high standard. Lucky enough to go for a drive in it once. Drove like new at least.

It’s been sold already
U have any 4sale??
