Do you have to stand up all day?
Does it make your back or feet hurt?
    Thanks

Hi there! Does Baptist have a bridge program for sterile processing techs who wish to become surgical techs? I’ve been seriously considering getting into the surgical tech field and I used to work at the Baptist on Prudential 😃

Baptist Health does not currently have an in-house training program for surgical techs. We do however employ sterile process techs while they are in a surgical tech program. Also if a person is hired into a role that is at least 48 hours per pay period, team members are eligible for Leap (tuition reimbursement) after 90 days of employment.
