This was so incredible! The way parkour was described by some of the athletes felt so refreshing and I felt so understood! I hope this sets a start for many more of such films to be made! Women deserve this

That is so nice to watch, Parkour is all about conquering the environment without fear and test your body to the limit. These woman are inspiring and I kinda want to start parkour again. Excellent showcase of skill and experience.

Loved Gatecrasher and this, amazing and fun stuff. I do wonder how you keep parkour safe and responsible? It seems easy to get competitive over, there isn't a guarantee a stunt you envision is doable at all and even easy ones can go wrong. It seems you really know what you are doing and have the common sense not to go for a jump when not feeling it.
I think you nailed it, since ultimately there aren't many external factors driving you (even the challenges generally aren't the same from athlete to athlete) I think it's probably easier to stay safe/not feel competitive than other sports. Pretty inherently non-competitive :)

Wow. Thank you for this present! Really high level parkour here! Especially given that half of the group is like 30 already (but not looking like it at all). Proof that natural movement (which parkour is an extension of) keeps the body and mind fresh. While in contrast sedentary people age prematurely.
