Pre xing condition. You can not sue for that. She would lose the case 💯 His life was probably saved, it was caught in time. Very scary but at some point his condition would have appeared. Glad to see Lonnie Jr is doing great. Continued prayers 🙏🏽
It’s so crazy to me that it was wisdom teeth surgery that kicked things off for Lonnie. I have one of the worst cases of Crohn’s disease in the UK and had multiple surgeries with complications but I was doing alright until I had my wisdom teeth removed and it caused a huge flare up which activated my short bowel syndrome even though it’s in a completely different part of the body and led to me going into kidney failure and septic shock. That night I went home and I hadn’t had any sedation but I ended up having a seizure then it happened 3 times in 6 months. One happened when I was curling my hair and my hair curler burned right down to the muscle so I have a permanently disfigured leg but it could have been so much worse. I now have monthly/bi monthly hospital admissions to stop that happening as it is severe dehydration which causes my seizures and has left me with permanent kidney damage and triggered the short bowel to activate. Our bodies are so closely connected and it’s still mind blowing now surgery in one place can have such huge implications elsewhere! Now I’m a year on since my last seizure, cleared to drive and my fluid levels are closely monitored. It means I take electrolyte tablets multiple times per day and at some point probably need a new kidney but I’m riding the wave of chronic illness. Wishing you and all your family the best and that Lonnie Jr gets to have the life he deserves and gets to enjoy those new lungs! ☺️
I'm sorry about your Crohn's. My mom has actually had Crohn's for 35+yrs, severe and has never once been in remission. Multiple surgeries and resections, every med that existed during those times, etc. She's had such a rough time. Back in the beginning, so many providers weren't even aware of Crohn's or what it was, and how severe it could get. We spent a ton of time having to educate our providers on her disease, which was so strange to me. Now that I am in the medical field myself, it is understandable, but it used to be quite scary when drs didn't know what this was or what to do. I wish you good health and great medical providers in the future.
Your baby getting better and living his best life is what that really matters All the money in the world can't replace him being alive and well with y'all. Good choice Momma
Cool to have a new video to listen to, thanks. :) That's your choice not to sue the dentist & no one else's. That's good that Lex will be able to go on rides in October. Thanks for including the clip that explained about the dentist.
I’m glad you guys are doing so good and I’m glad you picked that choice from not suing love you guys you guys take care and I’ll still pray for you guys😊
I just found out I have the same diagnosis as Lex. I am 48 and I just was diagnosed with this. I have two teens so they are closely monitoring it. I may need surgery if it gets worse. If it stays the same no surgery is required. I just now understand since I met with my cardiologist. Lex is absolutely adorable!!! I am so happy Lonnie Jr. Is home and healing with his beautiful family!!
Wow. What an amazing story. Bless your family. I truly hope it brings awareness for people having talks to their family about donating organs. Please let your family know of your wishes to help others.
As you sid LJ always had this condition. You said he has issues before the episdemic IIRC. None the less I am glad LJ is doing better. Glad Lex had a good appointment.
This is what happened to me. Got my wisdom teeth removed, and my GPA was activated. I was then sedated, put on dialysis, put on a ventilator, trached, and put on ecmo. It was only a few days after my highschool graduation last year. I did end up coding for 3 mins and 38 seconds, but I’m very grateful to be breathing on my own again!
Yes!! My dad passed away after getting sepctic from surgery! He was leaking and they closed the incision, traping the infection in and then it busted open .. they did emergency surgery to remove the infection and no follow up besides a home nurse checking the incision. No blood work or anything, by the time he was showing signs of it and went to the hospital it had spread through his whole blood stream . Even the brain and he was gone in a week! I feel like they don’t take it as serious or warn you how serious an infection can be!
What people dont really get is the body is complex and simple all at the same time. we try to make sense of it but at any given moment something can change in your body. One thing can trigger something else good or bad. it would be nice if we knew all the maybes or what ifs but we simply dont.
I am 48 and I was just diagnosed with a leaky valve. I am very nervous. They are monitoring it and if it gets worse I will need surgery. I'm trying to calm down and relax. It's very hard. I'm just learning about it now. Please be well!!! ❤Nicole
Have your other kids been screened for vasculitis / can they even be? From personal experience with a different autoimmune disease, I know genetics can be a factor but they often don’t know exactly the cause. ❤ to you and your family!
My son is starting dental school so I am very interested to see what he is taught about antibiotics after wisdom teeth . My kids actually did come home with antibiotics but that was a few years ago so maybe it has changed since then . So glad Lex had a good appointment .
Hope and pray your son gets better ❤ also i notice that you live in those brand new town homes i think by summertime trail right by the chris whatts house you can kinda see the house from your home just saying .but i hope everything goes well for your son sweetie
I had all my teeth out in 2020 and didn’t have antibiotics. I did do two rounds of antibiotics beforehand but that wasn’t because I was getting the surgery
I'm sooo grateful he is better and getting better. I only saw a short til' I had to subscribe. But people, get a Biologic or Biological Dentist. They are more for your overall health, and they don't believe in root canals really---The bacteria that is left behind during a Root Canal can cause many health problems. While certain bacteria is common in the mouth, when it has led to an infection it becomes dangerous. Some of the conditions that may occur include malaise, inflammation and abscess in the head or neck., etc etc. {you can look up to explain better} or extracting wisdom teeth just because, 2/3 don't even need it... and use Ozone and other techniques when do things... or mercury amalgam in all those silver fillings and teeth-which they all said was such a small amount it's ok--SINCE WHEN IS ANY POISON OK??}. I had slow leaking mercury making my gums black from the mercury they say is not a problem in fillings on one side, but it was literally black and SOOO PAINFUL I could barely stand it... and went to 5 different supposedly good dentists that all said it being black was FINE?... even after I paid all, did x rays and was in agony... until I found a biological Dentist that knew instantly, and scooped the mercury out skillfully {cause it's very dangerous and causes manyyy underlying conditions}-and it "took the thorn out of the Lions paw" as they say. WOW. There is soo much they try to make people look crazy, until it happens to someone they know. I just don't want anyone to go through the mind numbing pain I did. So please also get porcelain fillings or composite, just not silver color or amalgam one on your kids. I know they don't last quite as long, but it's healthier.. only pull out when totally no other choice.
Gastroparesis is rough, but I personally can manage it with diet. I only have moderate gastroparesis and the medication side effects were worse than the condition. Hopefully Lonnie can do similar. I still have flares, but I can digest liquids normally.
@@OurLANDingCrew8 I love your channel. I love that you post. Been watching for years. But when people ask such personal questions I disagree. Your life is fantastic and I will always be watching. But people have no right to ask you so many questions.
My Husband was having chest pains , constantly burping and just being unwell. She scheduled him for a scope to see his stomach and took him off his blood thinner. We were in the er 4 days later and in the cath lab a few hour later. He was having a heart attack. She missed alot of symptoms. Chest pain She should have sent him directly to er. He shouldn't have went off his blood thinners. All the burping were gasses being released due to organs starting to shut down. A few more hours and he wouldn't have made it. Was the doctor negligent- yes. Did we sue - no. The only reason we would have sued was to make her accountable not for money. We made a complaint to the medical board who took care.l of it. The heart doctor also put a complaint in with her as well as the ER for thier slowness in acting.
The wole thing about remving wistom teeth is a western US thing. Dont touch them unless they are actually irreparable. An antibiotic when they do move is ok to maintain...
Even though you guys are not suing, if the dentist did anything that was not in line with current standards and best practice, I hope they are aware of what happened and take ip upon themselves to going forward follow best practice.
Weird question bc I just watched ur video about Danielle’s dad Does Danielle have a preference of who she prefers to be with ik she loves u all I’m just curious
I can see why people think you guys should. Hello patient complaining about pain and they said it's fine. Even if giving antibiotics is supposed to be the norm, then there's that, but then there's the fact that autoimmune diseases can be dormant until a trigger. Would that be considered a reason why neglect wasn't a factor? Too many other 'what if?' oh then there's the money hungry debate. Which I think is why most people sue. I read sueing to terminate the person's license is completely different. 🤷♀️

Hiya! I have gastroparesis. I don’t know you guys at all. I just saw a yt short about your son and his lungs and started deep diving. I’m on domperidone. Although reglan and domperidone both haven’t helped me I hope your son is able to find medication to help with his emptying. Gastroparesis is a hard one especially ontop of everything else. Best wishes.
Why would she?? That trama is behind them!!🤍 I have Gastro paresis and it sucks! I have a stomach disorder(CVS) I’ve had my whole life and the meds for the Gastro paresis like psych me out.. Reglan is what is usually used for it so just watch out for that.. my GI says that they have a device they can put in but since I’m 39 she wants to wait to do that.. change of diets can affect it also but in general it just sucks!
I have gastroparesis and intestinal dysmotility. It does suck! Unfortunately I am beyond meds and the gastric pacemaker (I think that is the device you are referring to). My body despises Reglan. I have heart issues and it made my heart issues become worse. I am on TPN, but don't let that scare people. Only 1-2% of people with gastroparesis will require tube feeds or TPN. Hopefully Lonnie will respond well to medications and can live a relatively healthy life.
Amazing how much Real, Organic food, and certain food, can help sooo much.. although of course junk tastes sooo good sometimes, we need to start growing our own because they are taking the nutrition out of the foods to make them last longer. And instead of spraying with Glyco-- I forget the name right now, but like Round Up, but now they are just coating the seeds.
