Loving this new routine! I've been doing core power for a few weeks and really benefitting from it so I was concerned yesterday when I looked for it and couldn't find it. I was so happy to see this new one available today. It's a really great challenge, I was shaking so much but the affirmations really helped 💚
Managed an extra 45 seconds onto the end today woohoo! Was shaking so much lol. I love this exercise, it brings on a sense of euphoria even though it’s really uncomfortable. Or maybe because it’s really uncomfortable !! Anyway, loving your work ❤
