    My legs hurt but the worst part, I experiencing waves of intense anxiety that I can't explain! BUTgot past it and calmed down! I felt the trapped energy and hope that I released and git tid if it! 🙏🏻💜 Thank you so much! Big fan! Love n light 💫💜

    Loving this new routine! I've been doing core power for a few weeks and really benefitting from it so I was concerned yesterday when I looked for it and couldn't find it. I was so happy to see this new one available today. It's a really great challenge, I was shaking so much but the affirmations really helped 💚

      Managed an extra 45 seconds onto the end today woohoo! Was shaking so much lol. I love this exercise, it brings on a sense of euphoria even though it’s really uncomfortable. Or maybe because it’s really uncomfortable !! Anyway, loving your work ❤

    is it normal to feel pain in the tailbone? Not sure if there's something wrong with my posture, but after the routine my lower back feels cold 🙂
