      You are so welcome! I have decided to do more prim videos, not sure how the regular subs will feel about it, but primitive is my passion, I love creating and finding old primitive anything! Next video or so, how to grunge tea lights with beeswax and spices. Hope you'll come back, and thanks for commenting!

    couldn't you lightly spray the cans w/ a clear coat to preserve the cinnamon coat?

      I am not sure, but it sounds like a great idea! Thanks for sharing that, I may have to give it a try next time.

    Do you have a video of your prims in your home?

    • @FarmhouseBC
      @FarmhouseBC  3 года назад

      LOL that would be basically my whole home. I am slowly trying to create videos showing my prim wares, what I make and how I use them. It usually takes 8 hours to create and edit a 10 minute video, so it takes time, I ride solo. Thanks for all the nice comments, I really appreciate them!

      Right under the video, in the description will be a downloadable pdf link.

    Hi, great video, thank you for sharing. Do you seal it once you've gotten all the cinnamon on it? Thank you again!

    • @FarmhouseBC
      @FarmhouseBC  2 года назад

      No, I don’t seal the cinnamon (on the can) but the label is nicely sealed by the Mod Podge. It gives it a clear seal. Not too much cinnamon comes off over time on the can. Thank you for the kind compliment. ❤️

    These are really cool. Once the cans are dry, does the cinnamon come off ?

    • @FarmhouseBC
      @FarmhouseBC  2 года назад

      I have not had a problem with that, the candles however do a little. It's an option for those who don't have the beeswax as I did in the other video. Thank you so much for commenting, it helps the algorithm push me out :)

    I really like these cans! Where can I find the labels?

    • @FarmhouseBC
      @FarmhouseBC  2 года назад

      Hi! I offer them free, look for the read more under the description of the video. No sign up either, click the link and print the pdf right from your printer. Enjoy, and a big thank you!!!

    So, if it's spelled MOD Podge on the label why oh why do so many people say Modge Podge??? Meanwhile, I love your technique and your results!

    • @FarmhouseBC
      @FarmhouseBC  Год назад

      I am not sure on that, maybe just a habit on pronouncing, apologies if that offends you. Thanks for the watch and the comment.

    I just started watching you. I love primative rustic decor. I love the idea of using corn silk. Do u know if u can buy corn silk in the store? Love yr projects!

    • @FarmhouseBC
      @FarmhouseBC  2 года назад

      Yes I do! I have researched to some length and found some on Etsy under "dried corn silk". The moss is readily available at most craft stores and on Amazon. I use the corn silk because I always have so much on hand. Thank you so much for the watch and the comment, it's much appreciated! Let me know if you make this project, I love the feedback :)
