Nice video. I travel that route three or four times a year between my home in England and my other home in Italy. It's a pity that you didn't manage to book one of the single seats on the other side of the carriage..... you missed the spectacular mountaintop mediaeval abbey 'Sacra di San Michele' between Turin and Bussoleno and also the beautiful lake 'Lac du Bourget' between Aix-les-Bains and Culoz. By booking in advance on-line you could have paid as little as 49€ for the one way first class journey. Good luck and stay safe!
That’s amazing how your videos work during this time of pandemic! I miss this very special airport/station spirit desperately being locked down with the borders still closed🛫🚧😔. Now I found the channel to feel that back and meditate, and the real sounds of the trains, stations and announcements make it so live👍🙈. Please keep doing this, it’s a pure remedy to me🥇. Huge thanks really🙏
Amazing journey.I remember when I made the same journey in 2015. I spent a night modano very beautiful village in France, my hotel is overlooking a mountain 👌💕😍😎😎
I took this route in 2005 on the eurorail, from Paris to Milan in first class. Apparently things have changed drastically since then. I had non stop champagne and continuous service for the entire trip. It was very much like an intercontinental first class seat on an airline except for the seat having a table in front of me. It was fairly glorious. Watching your partners knees squashed against the seat for the entire trip gave me claustrophobia. This does not look like a comfortable trip at all.
Silent Traveler I just found your channel and I fell in love with all your videos you are so lucky to travel around Europe the video I like the most is the one with the Eurostar between U.K. and France Best of luck from Monterrey Mexico
Watching you videos are so relaxing. Thank you for taking us into places that some of us, like me would never have a chance to visit. Seeing your videos makes me feel like I am there also❤ God Bless and keep safe..
It made my heart to cry😭...the beautiful time just days before massive CORONA outbreak...😭😭Stay Healthy, Safe and Beautiful Always... Itlay... Lots of Love 💖💖 and Support from India.. And a very very big Hug 🤗🤗 to you Mr./Ms. Silent Traveler 🤗🤗 ❤️❤️
This is great, I made similar journey in 2015. Modano is a beautiful village.I spent a night there my hotel is overlooking one the mountain ✌️😎😜💕❤️☺️😨😳😍😍😍
I'm really glad I had to see your paris to london video. I really miss travelling especially at times like this, the pandemic that affects everyone in the world right now. I've been to Europe before and had plans to go back there again (already made bookings and stuff, good thing t'was all refundable and flexible and might take it probably for the next couple of years) your videos makes me want to travel more.

If Amtrak had fewer road crossings, we might be able to have faster service here in the states. Even with the tracks being owned by the major rail freight companies, we still could faster service.
I just watched your blog Milan to Paris and I really love it I am a new blogger myself your blogs inspired me to do my RUclips channel better in the future..And since I am also a traveler myself I wish you add some infos regarding the prices of the trip . Thank you
Silent Traveler OMG I'm your new subscriber and let me tell u I already watched ALL your videos since this morning and Western Europe is so beautiful by the way I love France and Italy I wish I could visit Europe someday stay safe on the road and greetings from Monterrey Mexico
@@Mr_casaralta December it's impossible, the trees are totally green. Due to the bronze color of the rice fields in Piedmont, I think it was late September.
Silent Traveler The lunch looks so pathetic...16€ for what? And 135€ for ticket, seriously, I’d better take an airplane. Also I feel so cold in Italy, was it so?
I don’t know if you or anyone else has noticed that some of the platforms that were passed in the video need a drastic upgrade as they’re in an awful state
Since when did it become ok to serve food and drink, all wrapped in throwaway plastic, about the same type and quality as you would find at any autoroute gas station? Passenger rail has a proud tradition of quality restaurant meals which has now disappeared thanks to rail authority bureaucrats.
I mean it's a train operating between Italy and France, they could have included Italian among the languages spoken by the recorded voice. French grandeur...🙄

Nice video! Did u have to pay separately for the food? Is there options available for order or its a fixed menu?
Paid for food.. fixed menu
Looking forwards to my trip how long before boarding do you have to check in?..I will be on the first train out of Milan.
The footage is crisp

This is my new dreamride
Bro. Are they going to check your documents upon your travel?

Very good video. Do you know if I can take my dog on that train? I need to travel from Milan to Lyon. Thanks 🐶
Maybe I missed it but can you put prices up please, thank you for a great video
Hello from Connecticut 🇺🇸
❤❤
I saw different seat colors in the same car. Are those bright orange seats special?
Hi! I love your videos! I was wondering, what camera do you use? :)
The food was expensive. Better to bring your own snacks. Coffee in thermos. couple of sandwiches and fruits.
YPO6 And help reduce the mountains of plastic waste covering Europe.
hallo, what kind of camera are you use?
good video
Sir didn't you check by the border control police during crossing the border?
Top 😍
Did the train use the high speed line from milan to turin?
why does it depart from porta gibaldi instead of milano entralo
new subcriber😍👌🌹

Nice, we should do a meetup collab whenever you're in NY.
0:38...did anyone noticed, where the bird coming from inside terminal...i don't how she get out...hahaha
Bro....Can I go to Paris by train with an Italian visa?
shot before covid, right?
Yes
Was this shot recently ?
No, i think December 2019.
@@Mr_casaralta December it's impossible, the trees are totally green. Due to the bronze color of the rice fields in Piedmont, I think it was late September.
At the end of the video the author says that there was a strike in France. The last was in December 2019
@@Mr_casaralta Sorry, but trees are never green in December, as they lost their leaves in late October.
@@brunotorrini9228 Yes... But there was a strike in October?
First class , and you have to pay for that slop they loosely call food????????????

I am from bangladesh
I’m french and I am so not used to see double decker TGVs…
Hello mr slient traveler do u have a email I have questions for u
Good jurni
Is it a Fart at 3:33 :DDDDDDDDDDDD
Yes, but I suddenly feel like this was before the pandemic
6,90 EUR for that snack?? wow
Nice video but Freccia Rossa and Freccia 1000 are better.
This guy has horrible luck getting forward-facing single-seats. In most of the videos of his I've seen so far, he usually ends up facing backwards.
I mean it's a train operating between Italy and France, they could have included Italian among the languages spoken by the recorded voice. French grandeur...🙄
You looked so cramped in the seat- no room
True
You are traveling in lockdown
Rohit yadav it’s obviously not recently you idiot
This video is from December 2019 (I think).
Manual doors...
Economist time
I would have been irritated with that guy speaking so loudly or on his cellphone the entire journey.
