Greatest guitar player in the world! Hands down no comparison.
Timeless classic, Trilogy.
Thank you,sirs
McLaughlin , nobody does it better
McLaughlin will always rule, and everyone in that band is the best in the world.
Still here, still feel the same.
Johnny #1 idol
One of the greatest 🎸
Liberace!!! A Rocker, too
Love you John McLaughlin! Saw Billy Cobham a while ago too🥁🍄🌲🎸
John seems to have kept his barnet as well as his guitar skills, over the years - both still very impressive!
Science of the spirit
La chitarra di Jonn è da brividi...number one🎸🎸🎸🎶🎶🎶
Great!
Cool de récouter mahavishnu . C génial merci !!
Trilogy !
Great to the classical Indian influence still at work.
Hopefully one of the drummers plays tabla.
Luv and Peace.
Love the version on BNAE. Incredible.
Yes, that one is very good. A bit more up tempo.
Each snowflake is a tune
Now I've changed my mind, it's the ANGRY BEES tone.
His playing is more laid back and "oh-so-tasteful" in his later years, but the raw savagery of the original Central Park version of this song can never be equaled-- not by him, not by ANYONE.
9:45 ooops! Improvisation explained. The ability to cope and effectively adapt to change. Any change!
Eu também vi!!! Deixou a baqueta cair !!kkkkk ...E o teclado foi muito para o chão!!! Kkkk
Fantastic. Hope Gary can see the funny side of it now... :-)
Introducing the John Mclaughlin Trio...
espectacullar ,
Wonder what happened to that fallen keyboard later...
What is John doing at 1:20 with glass of water?
We need to solve the mystery of Gary Husband and the missing keyboard !
Wow, what is the name of the first piece?
It's the 1st part of "Trilogy", called The Sunlit Path - from Mahavishnu #1 live in Central Park release (Beyond Nothingness & Eternity). A studio version was included in The Lost Trident Sessions.
@@lesnyk255 thank you so much!
Hearing: dominant sense
The boys done good. They'll go far!
The ending part riff, i felt a bit of Zeppelin, in a fusion way..the light keyboard cannot take it haha...
What’s John dipping his fingers in ,,??
Indian version of Finger Ease which comes in a spray can and mine still works after twenty-fine years! Sadly not environmentally conscious.
9:43 Oops! Sounded great while it lasted.
M. O. !”
Kinesis.
Captain Beefheart close tie
Gd.hair too..
As a keyboard player, we are still waiting for the "perfect" gear. So we don't have these unwieldy setups. Meanwhile the jam goes on....
Not only I don’t like his music but neither the sound of his guitar which is very elemental and primitive
That's your loss. Why comment on it? Just move on to something you prefer.
@@PrimoStracciatella i don like is tone i dont deny is skill
@@franbestguitrplayerinthewo5027 ; John likes an electronic (MIDI) sound over a natural sound. This allows him completely control volume through a computer while getting a distortion sound.
Overexertion 2-5 minutes daily
John plays sooo good even through a 10 cent tone. (sorry john)
That Bassist is top top class.
Pinging those High notes.
Amazing.
9:44 Respect ! Nothing can stop you, the music must go on.
That poor Key board had a Heart attack on stage. Saying omg I can never keep up with John!
JM still rocking like the bad ass he is...
Oh that's the key player jumping on 2nd drum set.
🌀🌈🎼🍀❤️💛💙💜💚🧡🍀🎼🌈🌀
Just too dog gone Bitchin! He's still connected!!!
Great.¡
grace under fire! I saw JM w/Joey DeFrancesco & Dennis Chambers back in the 90s. At the start of the 2nd set, Joey apparently lost the monitor on his organ - while he & a hapless tech tried to troubleshoot it, JM & DC went off on a dead run, jamming on what sounded like "Jazz Jungle" (from The Promise). Great show!
Thanks to the rythmic session !!!
