- Today I head off to do some Landscape photography in the awesome Snowdonia national park, North Wales. I love being in the mountains, it really does relax the mind. With everything that's going on in the world right now staying positive and helping one another is key. I hope that this video will inspire you to get out with your camera, relax and take the pressure off.
This film was captured on the Fuji X-H1 and the photography was captured on the Fuji X-T3.

This sets the benchmark for landscape photography, no words, no background tunes (which I cannot stand). The whole episode from start to finish was a joy to watch, and watch again, which I promptly did!

Thanks Henry, hope you are well mate. Yeah got lucky with the light at the end there, shame i didn't film the very last bit but the light came and went in about 5 minutes so had to be quick. Yeah it was a lot of walking, but what a spot, every time i go to the ogwen valley i feel completely rejuvenated. Thanks for watching mate. 😃👍👍
Came back to watch this again after all this time because I've been searching for XT-3 shooting videos. I bought mine in January 2021 and still have it. But, not many photographers are still making videos showing it being used in the field any more. So, back in time we go! This was awesome to watch again. And, helpful to see the camera in action along with your notes. Sounded like your very close to the Mach Loop. That must be amazing to watch. Anyway, thanks again for this video, have a great week!

I love the style of videography, it is really original, pop out comments, classy way of sharing the camera settings, no talking - don't change a thing! It makes everyone else's videos seem so noisy. I tend to watch early in the morning when I'm trying not to wake anybody else. It's very peaceful and really conveys the atmosphere. And of course your photos are spectacular. Subscribed.

lol - you are the very first person in the history of Devils Kitchen to have a cafertiierre of coffee on that path !!!!!! In saw most of the weird things when I worked the Mountain Rescue there in the 1970's, but that brew making takes the biscuit lol lol - I was expecting your "man-servant" to appear with a few vol au vants at any moment. I love that cwm, and in fairness you showed it off very well. The Tryfan shots were spot on - its the best mountain by a mile. Think you need to change the name now to "Ian Posh". I know i keep banging on about it, BUT when you trade up ( being posh ) Im putting in a bid on that bag right now - its got my name on it. lol

Congrats Ian. You've turned a corner in terms of quality in production, but this must have taken an age to edit. The no talking is pretty cool as well. My 2 cents though, this doesn't make your older videos any less enjoyable to watch. I think people also enjoy your personal side when there is communication. Also simpler edits are fine - there don't have to be different angles every 7 seconds.. I still can't imagine how long this must have taken to put together. Brilliant work
Thanks buddy, I use youtube as a creative outlet, sometimes that means really complex videos, sometimes not. I just go with the flow of how i'm feeling. Experimenting opens up new paths and really helps to keep my creative flames burning, especially when i'm bogged down with client work.
