@@tblain11 They are hard to find in the US, best way to get them is sourcing from china and they are kind of expensive but they literally have every design you can think of including oxy m/30, hydrocodone 10 325, stamps for basically everything, these they are showing on the video are common stamps for extasy pills
Its compatible with all tdp5 molds that you can buy for cheaper than this and make the wooden block yourself

I still don’t get this someone help me plz I have this exact thing with e712 10/325 stamp I try to press it and the pill comes out but it doesn’t stay hard/hardened how can I get the pill to stay hard/solid like a regular pill with this portable handheld pill press, my pills keep crumbling up and falling apart it never stays solid how do I make the pill stay solid like a real pill

This would be better if the hole to the left was much deeper. That way you wouldn't have to remove every single pill each time but could press a lot of pills and then empty it just a few times.
This is our old design. The new design has an exit hole for the tablets on the side.

They sell both the small Block style handheld pill press & a pill press machine that you fill an crank out hundreds of pills! otherwise get a loan of 100k an buy an industrial grade pill press!!
dude just grad a hole saw and drill a hole through it and the box you put it on top of that way you put a bag in the box and fill it up. or buy a crank press

I am very interested, but how u calculate the amounts of ingredientes in the pill? u have a manual with this pill presser?
Figure out the overall weight of the pill with one that’s just binder. Then take that into consideration.
For example let’s say you want 1mg benz0s. The binder pill weighs 100mg. You then learned that you want to use 99 grams of binder for every 1 gram of benz0s you use. Mix it well. With enough binder and lubricant agents you should have a homogeneous mixture due to granulation.
It’s not the perfect solution since different powders have different molecular weights; but it doesn’t really make much a difference when working with a very potent active ingredient.

Bro how do you keep the pill solid my shit keeps breaking up back into powder I don’t understand why I hit the press with a hammer and it comes out good but then it just breaks up into powder again because it’s not hard/solid enough like a real pill how do I get it solid I have the 10/325 E712 portable press
You have to make sure active will fit with the pill size... you have to average out AI target and the average excipient seperately... the average weight of your pill will determine how much active you can fit in the pill..
Example 4x times to much active ingredient... so you wou have to do the math and figure out what ration will fit in that mold with what die your using ...
Edit :If its not sticking you may need upper punch assembly to give you more leverage or you just may have too much active ingredient so increase the excipient if not binding - or get a larger die/mold that can handle your target dosage (different die/mold = you have to re calculate how much active: non active
hi there im new to his and want to make caffeine tablets got my tdp5 caffeine and binder mix but every time my pills come soft they hold shape but u can just crush it into dust with you fingers with no effort. any advice? i try hammer it harder but it doesnt help much...
chris sz Hi, you can try a different mixing ratio. Add more binder and less active ingredient and hit the die harder. You can try our ready mix binder too.
Microwave for 8 seconds, flip. Microwave for 7 more seconds. Put it the freezer for a few mins. Should harden up the pills.
Just ad 1% of magnesium stearate. It's a food rate component. It keep all the stuff together.

It depends on the original pill. If it has no coating then you can do it. If it is coated then it will be harder to re stamp because it will lose from its binding capacity due to the coating material.

We are using our Ready mix tablet binder. We also sell binders, lubricant, and colorings. Yes, the tablets are hard but tablet hardness it depends on mixing ratio and the used pressure.

You can, bu you dont need to. It is a ready mix binder. You just need to add your active ingredients. Tablet hardness it depending on the used pressure but the binder must be more than the active ingredient.

It’s very hard u have to measure it before but that’s why so many people overdose off of fake oxys pressed with fentanyl, just because the strength varies so much batch to batch so if you have a very low tolerance it’s easy to take more than you’re used to
