I just bought a 19 mm die and it’s hitting the boot with the boot all the way back the shape is hexagon

Hi, I'm assuming you're using a TDP 5? The max diameter of the tablet for a TDP 5 is typically 20mm depending on which version of the machine you may have. So with it being 19mm and a shaped tablet maybe the issue?
