This is actually the TMC RTS unit that has the 6V92TA Detroit Diesel 2-stroke engine since NovaBus RTSes uses the Detroit Diesel Series 50 and some Cummins diesel engines...

The RTS and the New Look buses are the best buses make ever due to endurance and safety

@@jorgefigueroa4437 Don't forget about the Classic, was pretty much an alternative to the RTS.

Disagree. New Flyer , Gillig and Nova Buses are still solid built buses but they would fail in this test because they are all low floor.

By telling the side rear vent, this is an TMC from '89 to '92 model.

I remember the RTS from AMA right here in San Juan, at 1992 floodings, this buses are cool, and pass like nothing at the flooding. Especially the 1980, 1983 and 1992 units

Another great bus is the Neoplan AN460.
Beeline of Westchester New York retired all of them
    Why?..........it's totally beyond me

I grew up riding the RTS II in the 80s, and I recently discovered that GMC sold their designs, patents, the whole shmear to Nova in the 90s. Being a Class B CDL driver, to this day I’d love to drive an RTS II Coach as well as the RTS fishbowl from the 60s. As much as I love New Flyer, but at the same time DESPISE Gilligs, RTS II/Nova would knock them CLEAR out the water hands down.
