If you haven't finalized your kitchen sink decision yet, I 'd suggest thinking about how you (or whoever you sell the cabin to in the future) will cook. Do you really want to go into the bathroom to get your cooking water or wash dishes in the bathroom? If you don't like the cabinet hung on the wall, maybe you could repurpose it as a floor cabinet. Depending on hight, you may be able to connect it to your existing counter top. You'd probably need to raise the cabinet with a toe kick to get close to the counter top height. Good luck with your rebuild. It's certainly a bigger challenge than I'd undertake.
That kayak trip was amazing. Some of those underwater scenes looked like something from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Take care and enjoy.

I'd suggest keeping a separate kitchen sink. What you can do though is get a cutting board or something like that to fit overtop it while it's not in use. That will give you that little bit of extra counter space when the sink is not in use.

Most of all, enjoyed the brilliant way you tie everything together with great storytelling. I've been watching since the A-liner, and my respect for you has only grown. Thank you, Slim.

Keep the sink! If you clean fish or do dishes you don't want to cross contaminate. A big metal sink is also handy for cleaning paint brushes and rollers and won't stain.

Slim, always love your videos. We have a small 18' camper that we really enjoy with our family. When we were looking, I didn't think it was a big deal to have one sink. My wife insisted we get a camper that had a kitchen and bathroom sink. She was 100% right. Your bathroom stuff stays in the bathroom and the dishwashing and kitchen stuff stays in the kitchen. I've appreciated having both sinks. Looking forward to more camping and cabin videos.

You might like to use one of those water jugs/coolers, but make sure you get one that has the option of letting the water flow without holding a button. I have a 5 gallon insulated one that has an urn percolator type of valve that you press down for spring loaded action or lift up for continuous flow. It works well for washing your hands.

I would keep a small kitchen sink in that area, it would be very useful for food prep vs going into the bathroom to rinse off food or do dishes. I'd put a narrow counter across that entire wall, you'd have more than enough counter space. A place for a hot plate or other means to cook something and even a place for a small fridge under the counter, lots of storage. I wouldn't put any upper cabinets, do you really need them? I think a couple of open shelves would work just fine.
This was a very calming relaxing video.

Good morning, Slim! Life is always so much better when I get my notification from you... Loved the underwater shots❤
Nothing Is wrong with you enjoying your life a little. Life is not always about working.
So amazing that you have the best of both worlds a beautiful Spring day and the next day a snowstorm, that was great. lol 😊
Ok, NOW for the, is it just me that sees this because I had to put my Kitty to sleep 2 months ago and my neighbor just put their little dog down Thursday time...😌
That image of the Melting snow looked like a silhouette of maybe a little dog or cat shedding tears.... If you see it great, if not, it's OK, lol. And the next scene, boy, was it crying... enough to make a hole in the snow😳
    It's probably just me 😜🤪
Anyway, Thank you for making my Saturday a little brighter and sharing some of your life with us.
    🥰🥰 Have a wonderful weekend!

Nice video Slim, I wish I could be calmer when I'm doing things like you. What I like about your concept and your work, you take some time to walk away and play with a sense of humor, we should never forget that. Many times we forget or lose it, once we lose that our life is not too good. I play the guitar which helps me to meditate.
For most of my life working in around the city always kept me in suspense and uncertain about what may happen on the job because of all the things I had to have done.

Kayaking scenes inspired me to get out there. About the plumbing, I assume you don't want to worry about dealing with freezing pipes and winterizing. Have you considered having a set-up like a lot of the van conversion where they have 5 gallon jugs for fresh and gray water and a battery operated faucet? Seems practical and not too expensive. With your skills it would be easy to create.

hi slim, i just want you to know that i love all your videos, but the one's i like the best are your kayaking videos. years ago, i used to go canoeing, and row boating off of the chesapeake bay and had a great time. if possible, would you make some more of those kayaking one's, if your schedule permits. thank you very much.

Every man deserves a break. Just like the old saying goes if you don't like the weather just wait, it'll change, especially with this strange weather we've been having. Where I live in West Virginia we haven't had any measurable snow until last week and then we had about three and a half inch. Our average snowfall for a winner is around 18 in, cumulative. I don't know if you put the wood up yet but I've found that if you put that type of wood at a 45° angle it is beautiful, it is a lot of work to do it that way though but all that work makes for a beautiful wall. Stay vigilant!
