In the province of Tarlac, the Philippines' very first "smart, green, and resilient city" is being built as a vibrant urban hub for sports, commerce, back-up government facilities, universities, entertainment, and sustainable living. Phase 1A of the National Government Administrative Center served as a key location for the 2019 Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games), with several iconic sports facilities and landscaped green areas serving as beautiful examples of what this 21st-century metropolis will offer in the years ahead. Join me for this exciting, in-depth overview and exclusive ALL ACCESS tour of New Clark City, including the Athletics Stadium, Aquatics Center, River Park, Athletes' Village, and much more! I'll also cover the incredible large-scale projects that will soon transform the area into a sprawling city center (with a majority of land reserved as outdoor open spaces) built for generations to come!
Special thanks to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), MTD Clark, and Filinvest for providing special access to New Clark City properties, which helped make this entire project possible!

That place will boom once the NSCR connecting Metro Manila and New Clark City is finished.
Facts, becoz sa daang bakal nagsisimula ang kaunladan
Subic clark railaway, NSCR, New Airport terminal
It’s true but, the place needs to have a lot of things for it to boom. It will take decades, number 1 secured job and second good residential districts and lastly, things to do for fun. Businesses such as restaurants needs to exist in here but in order for that to happen, the city needs to get populated by all sorts of social classes. And that’s the hardest of this, getting people to move down there
@Xenosannn medyo mali ka dyan, you need people in order for this city to thrive. Walang incentive magmove ang tao dyan. Have you seen the place? It’s a ghost town, you can have all the investors but if the population is wayyy too low, it won’t go somewhere. It will take decades for this city to develop and thrive.
This is an international level of a documentary.
Thanks a lot, ML Weird Builds!!
It's impressive to see what the Philippines can really do. :)
For sure!
I’m not impressed. So many OFWs or jumpers to well developed nations because Philippines can’t even take care of their own people. The government is so worried about putting money in their pockets that they’re so late and behind on the times.
@@PoorDonGlen lol hnd makakabangon ng 6 years lang ang pilipinas na nilugmok sa utang at kahirapan ng mga aquino
@@PoorDonGlen I'm an OFW myself. Do you think that development will take place in just a span of 6 years? I'm in China and I have learned that what we are seeing now took them 30 years to kick start. Di magic yan.

@@blueprince5652 yes but no, tax in the philippines gets higher faster more than the amount of minimum salary and it gets worse when the pandemic strikes. Now the prices of daily needs specially food almost doubled on its price on 2019, and the salary is just the same from 2019 until now
@@geraldsambajon8253 as i repeat as long as the average income and inflation balances then nothing to worry., (your previews comment was a scenario 10 years from now) 'so my response was base on that'.
Hoping for Philippines to instill this green system for future infrastractures as well. We could be a green country and that'll give us more opportunity for tourism and a legacy.
Until poor people learn to properly dispose of trash, PH tourism is doomed. I live way below the US poverty level with only my pension. My neighbors do too. No trash fills our neighborhood. Being poor doesn't make us filthy.
Philippines is already a green and peaceful country. Just need to help the poor people thru job assistance and welfare to work program. Exploration of oil and gas is a good start.

The USA has the same poverty. None of the forgotten poor can afford Clark City. Nothing will change.
As a Filipino living overseas, seeing my country achieved such development is one truly a political will. No, not insinuating about politics but with a strong willed leader who thinks for a better Philippines, this is one of the many things the country we could have long ago. All I can say is WOW 👏. Is this really the Philippines now? Amazing
Woot, woot, to BCDA for building a new metropolis called “New Clark City.” Great vlog, Nate!
Yes, definitely! Thank you, coolfeet77, and best wishes!
I've been pushing for this since 1994. Glad it's finally happening. It will alleviate Manila's overcrowding, and be a model for how to grow the country properly.
Very good presentation. Also, you're the only American who doesn't add condescending remarks unlike your other compatriots living there. Thank you. Cheers from Spain!
That is much cooler than we expected, congrats to the Philippine government!
You should be Clark’s Ambassador for Tourism. You might already because you’re provided with all sources of information 😊
Agree
Absolutely! Who else can promote that?
Look he is an American perhaps there is a filipino who can be a Clark's Ambassador. The kind of thinking...

@@quenchtv5436 She didn't say that the government didn't pay them enough money; in fact, most of these areas are government-owned. This is a smart city. Since Manila is crowded and has many problems the goverment decided to slowly move to the new capital which is Clark😍
If this leads to massive decongestion of Manila, it will solve so many problems for so many people.
@@djkroz Low job application will be no problem now because of that but then again i guess they will have a standard experience and education background and we might still end up with stubborn filipino. Good thing the most millenials and new generations are perfectly mannered now we just got to stop illegal migration since illegal migration made the slum happen in manila as well as illegal houses
@@juliane5632 It will come with its own challenges but the immediate concern is the over density of Manila. The relief this will bring on the capital's mobility & crime problems will surely be felt so the rest can focus on solving other issues. I've said it many times that making people move out of the capital & work on the other regions instead will benefit the whole country. This is a great start. Having all these industries be centered in one area is recipe for disaster in the long run.
A country capital can't be changed bruh

I feel jealous New Clark City is way better than BGC. but of course I'm happy on their achievements
Hey don't just say like that. In my point of view the Philippines will be the only green country in the future
BGC is still better than other city in luzon, dont worry
@@juliane5632 clark is better. BGC suffers in traffic if you want to go outside. McKinley hills road, the other one going to edsa, not much road to pass through. Also, it is not really sa smart city yet. That's why Clark is still better.
@@ronberi7773 The only problem is the roading system right but at the same time theres slowly opening up the finished roading, we have nothing to worry soon, maybe even the traffic there lessen but its still a great city, definitely better than manila with its places, no karens nearby all the time like in manila since sheesh i have a cousin living there in manila the middle class but in a slummy houses, i dont wanna judge but its definitely hard to live there, im better off in makati city
@@juliane5632 that's a good point. however, they should have planned that more than a decade ago when it was still developed. I worked there in BGC for less than 3 years.
