Finally.. Its been months since your last upload. ;)
Thanks for waiting! 😉 See you at the premiere.
I appreciate your video. Very informative. My home town is about an hour from Clark and I can’t wait to see the progress there. Thank you for your hardwork. More videos please.
This means a lot, and I appreciate you taking the time to express your appreciation for my work! Thanks ever so much!
You, Nate, by far is the best of all presenter and your coverage of all things Philippines is worth the wait; keep on!
This post goes above and beyond.. I'm very appreciative, Riza!! THANK YOU!!
NATE, it's been awhile since your last video. You are having way too much fun in the Philippines. I'm not too jealous. My Filipino wife of
almost 46 years is currently on Mactan Island, Cebu repairing our home after the typhoon that spent way too much time siting on top of our
house. Work almost done, hotel stay ended right after my wife finished her stay, I am age 79 and haven't been able to come back for over
2 years.. I can't wait - Seeing all the marvelous things to come in Clark, makes me wish I was as young as you are again. Now I am jealous.
Hahhaaa, yeah, you can't be too jealous! I hope all the repair work goes smoothly down south. Warmest, heartfelt wishes to you and your wife, and thanks so much for the post!
75 is the official age to retire in the US🇺🇸 You're not that old, ha ha😁😔😡
I want to add, this video is just in time as the PH finally opens up for tourism again.
Indeed! 😀
I am from Angeles, thank you for featuring our mother land. My grandfather is a former US based military force at Clark Airbase.
My pleasure, and thank you for sharing! Warmest wishes to you and your family. 😊
Hi Nate, great video with much variety. It is amazing how much development and building there is in the Philippines. Seeing all of the variety of the animals in the Zoo was great. Interesting to see how McDonalds developed places for people biking to stop and eat at the tables outside. The most unique part of the video was the Wild West city of El Kabayo. What a nice job they did in developing and planning it. The water park looked very fun filled and satisfying to visit. As always, your enthusiasm and encouraging words were a great highlight.
Nate can really give the Philippine's TV show hosts a run for their money indeed!!
Ben, I'm so grateful for what you've written in your post! THANK YOU!! I'm glad you appreciate all the elements I included in this video. Please do share with any family or friends who might also be interested. Again, thanks ever so much, and best wishes to you and yours from Pampanga!
My family was stationed there from 1979 to 1982. Loved it there.
Now I believe that Philippines is still better than Singapore
Wow! Pampanga has developed so much🤩
Indeed! Please do share this with family and friends.
Time to visit Philippines again….thanks for this info. Didn’t realized how beautiful and so much improvements happening in Pampanga area with new International Clark airport etc! Thanks!
That was great Nate! Good to see you. Clark is an awesome up coming area that is really being tailored to the environment of that beautiful country. All the new impressive development is really inviting. The Kabayo looks fantastic with that classic American feel I always want to see. As always, the foods are great and a place I want to visit. Thanks, Be well Nate!
Thanks so much, David! I hope you can make it over soon. Warmest wishes!!
Nate as usual your presentation style is both calming and relaxing to watch. Nice to see Clark have so many varieties to offer for visitors to see and experience. You are truly a superb narrator. Can't wait for next vid.
This means a great deal, Robert, and I can't thank you enough! I hope it won't take several months for my next project. 😄Stay tuned!
From the story telling, structure, well researched-information, music, and your great personality, you win Nate!
This means a lot, Joshua!! Thanks so very much. 😀
Been in Philippines for 5 years and your videos are the most thorough and accurate. And English. Well done.
God bless Clark Pampanga, a new city development for us to be proud as in the Philippines New City with Americans support for the development of Clark. .. God is good all the time...
Wow...There is so much to see in Clark...a lot of new things and new developments. Soon to be the next BGC. I grew up in Pampanga...and for sure I will be back there when I retire. Thanks for featuring Clark again.
I hope you'll be able to make it back soon, even for a visit before retirement! Best wishes, and thank you, Raylite!
Clark is much better than BGC. Those wide tree-lined pedestrian/bike lanes are beautiful. BGC does not even have bike lanes before the pandemic. And their sidewalks are not that wide either. Clark has much better urban planning, more greenery and more facilities for outdoor activities. But then BGC is small compared to Clark.
@@minyoung823 Lol, I think he is talking about, based on popularity, it will be similar to or even greater than BGC; don't be toxic to people who compare places. We all know that newly developed places are always better than old ones, because that's how it should be. BGC was only recently constructed; it is constantly compared to other best cities in the world, which is why he says Clark is the next BGC; so relax, bruh, and let's see what happens to Clark. As of now, what we are seeing is a very good indication that it will be.
@@JC0820 and Im merely stating facts. Stating facts is now considered toxic?
@@minyoung823 Fact? You literally dissect every aspect of why Clark is for you; will become better than BGC, where he just said it will be like BGC in the sense that it will be popular too. You don't have to compare apples and oranges, bruh. That is not the way to state a fact. He just said something like, "Apples are like oranges," because they are both fruits, so they are alike. But here you are, rushing in and saying no, apples are blah blah, and oranges are better, blah blah. See what I mean?😂😂
Nate you are trully a nice and brilliant guy. Thanks for loving Pampanga.
My tremendous pleasure, and thank you, Febo!!
I am from Manila, but moving out going to Clark for good and better opportunities.
I hope you can make it over soon! Best wishes!
Better opportunities if you have work there
I'm retiring soon. This will be on my list of places to visit when I settle in the Philippines🇵🇭
Thanks Nate for coming up with this great video.

Thanks so much!! I appreciate that, Waldenpeterd D!
Thanx for d updates Nate. It's very nformative
Hi Nate! I happened upon your video and am so glad I did. I was a nurse stationed at Clark when the volcano erupted. I worked Labor and Delivery. I delivered the last baby on the night shift. I covered everything, grabbed the high risk charts, turned off the lights, one last look and walked away. Never to return. The areas you showed in your video, I traversed. From the main level, the front door to the covered walkways. Those elevators were frequently breaking down. Scary. I had to climb out on one occurrence. I worked right around the corner from ICU and was on duty when Chuck Norris crew were brought in. I rode the elevator with Chuck. Seeing the hospital brought back a flood of memories. The times we took breaks by climbing out a window to sit on the overhang to get fresh air. I'd like to mention how beautiful the base was. Not a grain of sand out of place until the volcano erupted that is. We employed thousands of locals. The base has all that land preserved thanks given to the U.S.A.F. for preserving it all those years. I was privileged to be part of that Era. You painted Avery nice picture of the area. I read there is a zoo on base? If I read that correctly? I frequently visited the zoo and stables when off duty as I love animals. The zookeeper was the nicest man. I loved feeding the flying fox. I can still hear the howler monkey. I was so worried about the animals when the volcano erupted and have always wondered how they fared. I am looking forward to watching more of your videos. I enjoy your style. Great job!
This video is very INFORMATIVE. Thank you for covering and making this video for everyones information. AMAZING CONTENT.
Thanks so SO MUCH, hanoi!

Nice to see you again Nate. You've done another excellent and thorough documentary-vlog. It's great to see you getting recognition for the promotion of the area you're doing with the access you're getting before the place is open to the public or behind the scenes.
Thank you so much, AR ES!! I'm very appreciative of your post and kind, encouraging remarks. I too am grateful to have this special access around Clark. Best wishes, as always!
Nate really deserves a recognition & be featured by Philippine's TV shows & news networks!!
I love watching your video
Thank you for sharing
My pleasure, and thank you!
Nice review of the development at Clark. Lived in the Clark area for many years in the 70's and 80's. Will visit again soon after the Philippines re-opened tourism. Good to hear that infection rates are down. Hopefully the development will benefit the average Filipino living in the area, too.
The country has fortunately reopened to tourists!! I hope you can make it back shortly, Park Point! Thanks so much for your compliment on my video.
👏👏👏 Spot-on presentation, comprehensive documentary and amazing production,,this right here is TV-airtime worthy, Nate Hovee delivers once again, please keep on making these incredible insights, very talented presentation, we love to see it💙💙💯🙌

Thanks! 😃
@@natehovee you're welcome.
Well done! Thank you sir!
Very welcome! THANK YOU!
Wow, unbelievable!
Great job as always. Incredible changes. My high school football jacket has been on display in the Clark Museum since 2000, dating back to the 1972 season at the famous Bamboo Bowl. Good to see the museum reopened, or is still open. Hope my orange "Cowboys" jacket is still there under glass! We sometimes played in a pounding typhoon, or an earthquake. The gridiron show must go on! Thanks for the memories! Check out the book "MacArthur's Children" for teenage life at Clark in the early 70s.
Thanks so much, Dary!!
Watching from the US East Coast. Thanks for featuring Clark to your channel. I was born and grew up in Angeles City. I experienced first hand the devastation caused by the Mount Pinatubo erruption to the city. Seeing it now slowly coming back to life and even stronger than before makes me even more excited to spend my retirement there. More power to your channel!
Thanks ever so much, Eurotimex Ph!! I appreciate you sharing this meaningful post. I hope you can return home soon! Warmest wishes from Pampanga! 😊
If you want retirement much better in subic because of nature and sea
