Booze and sailing often go hand in hand. On the first sail of the season my first mate, Robert, and I (my girlfriend didn't like sailing) went standard for the following routine: As soon as the sails were set and trimmed I, as skipper, was allowed to open the first can of beer, 0,33 litre. Once finished I tossed the empty can overboard. As soon as it hit the water Robert opened his can but he had to finish it before we lost sight of my first can and toss it. Time for my second. Etc.etc. The faster we sailed, the sooner we were pissed. Once Robert climbed up the mast halfway to give himself more time. I admit: not entire eco-friendly, but we had fun.
Great content from y’all. Thanks. Once think I need to ask other viewers of this video. Is the 3am wake up time to leave the anchorage area for the south sail. Do you think that happened??? Love y’all. Safe Winds be with ya ❤❤❤
Sure did! It will be in next weeks video but we woke up at 2:30 to leave for 3AM so that we would arrive in Chamela before sunset! Sometimes that’s what you have to do! Thanks for watching 😊
