And when I removed the egr valve, it came off with a pipe. I can't get that pipe oute because one of the part where you insert the tool to remove the screw is damaged.
Can you reuse the gasket?

Hi, you can use brake cleaner but it's not that effective.
I have a few questions, I have a Fiat Stilo 1.9jtd from 2004, and I broke one of the screw from the minutes 3:08, and a piece is still in there, how can I take it out?
And the second question is how could I delete mecanichal the egr.
Hi, if the screw is broken inside then it's difficult to remove it but if you remove all the other screws then remove the egr and then you should be able to remove the broken one as well.
You can put a blanking plate between the egr valve and the inlet if you want it but most probably you will get the light on the dashboard.
