What is the proportion of water, salt and vinegar?
3-4 cups water, 1 cup salt and 1 tbsp vinegar. It's better to use coarse salt.
If you make a lot do you store them In the brine in the fridge? How long can they last for? Thankyou for recipe
Must the salted water be really cooled down before pouring into the jar?
Yes, let it cool down before pouring to the jar.
u want oily yolk? more salt, double. thn 30 days. the longer the better. add more water after 30 days++ to reduce salt.add tiny teaspoon of vinegar to keep away bact.

@@foodandessentials1982 ok na po, kasi po niligay ko 1 cup of water and 1 cup of salt at Hindi po nag dissolve Yung salt, kulang lang po Pala ng water
Bakit kailangan pakuluan?
Para po ata ma dissolve Yung asin at Hindi lang lumubog sa ilalim
