What’s the main difference between this and just boiling the eggs and then eating them. Is it for flavor cause we don’t want to wait 40 days to eat a boiled egg. 😂. I love boiled eggs.
The amazing thing is you can just convert the units using google. Like you can literally open up a web browser and type in "cups to liter conversion" and it will convert the units for you.

May I reuse the same brine over and over again or should I use new brine for every batch? The old brine does have some smell...
keep the brine solution for max 2 weeks , place in the fridge and use it as you need.
