SCP 4999 should also be mentioned- he is basically a man who comes to those most abused by society and offers them a small bit of companionship in their last moments. The SCP foundation, has decided that it is best not to make any attempt at experimenting on or containing him.
I stumbled upon them around a week ago, they're so great. He's also more likely to visit depending on your state (ex. are you depressed? homeless? dying alone? have a cigar, even if you don't want it i won't judge you)
Let's make yet another SCP out of this, in which the pill, somehow "sensing" that it is choking the taker, breaks down into particles that sink into the recipients' lungs, turning them red, and giving them the ability to breathe out a sort of healing red gas from their throat instead of carbon dioxide, regenerating anyone who breathes in the gas~

He pulls a chair and sits by the bed, and inserts his hand into his left jacket pocket. He pulls out a pack of cigars. "Do you want one?", he offers. He accepts, and the man helps him insert it into his mouth. He pulls out another cigar from the pack and inserts it into his mouth, before lighting the both. The visitor puts his hand onto the bed-struck man, before they both release the cigars from their mouths to exhale. After a bit of silence, his heartbeat slows down. The bed-struck man closes his eyes in acceptance before a cold flatline is audible. The visitor soon vanishes in thin air.

Then, when the founder of the SCPF is told to make it (I forget which SCP did this), the creator had already made it. Plus, maybe SCP 2000 was bigger, but then the end-of-the-world event attempted to destroy it, being stopped in the process.
