I bought a 16713 two tone from them in 2018. I called to ask about it and I talked to John P. I called a second time to make sure bracelet would fit and I talked to Federico. Both calls surprised me. Nice guys. Nice watch. Nice deal. All Good!!!!

I bought a JLC Reverso from Delray this past Spring & had the same experience. Definitely would buy from Fed again.
Congrats on the wedding and the watch. Not something that I own, or am likely to ever own (I just don't do traditional mechanical watches), but I know someone who got a large black face Santos Dumont in the past year, so I can vouch for it being an amazing watch in person. Also, glad you got the color you really wanted. If you're already spending crazy money on a once in a lifetime watch purchase, it's better to just go all the way and get what you really want imho

Great video! I appreciate Delray a lot. Every once in awhile I wish they would have their watchmaker Hans just polish up their watches a bit more. Perhaps that can be requested.

I love that watch, but...I don't think I would have been quite as happy as you are with it. Maybe it's just me, but I would have liked to have seen those scratches before purchasing. They should have been clearly shown in the listing. It may not have been a deal breaker for me, but i would have liked to have known. The pictures on Delray aren't real clear and they can't be zoomed in. They also should have taken photos of the sides of the bracelet like most watch sellers do.
I bought a 1968 rolex from them. Personally I found the process a little obnoxious. Demanding a copy of my driver's license. The watch runs okay but way more Scratched up then the pictures let on. The band was from a different watch. One end link was filed a mm, making the watch jangle badly. Wish I had spent my 4K on a new Tudor

Congratulations. I own that exact reference, bought from an AD in 2022. I almost never wear it, as I think it's a very dressy piece. If I wore a suit every day, it might be a daily. Going to sell or trade it. It's a shame, because it really is a stunning watch.
How about on a different strap? Still too dressy? Got a black strap coming for it to try to combat that

Yeah their photos afw turds... I have also purchased a Girard-Perregaux watch from Delray but really didn't like dealing with Fed. He was not cery accommodating and communication wasn't the best. Ut took the watchya long timeyto arrive in LA and post-sale communication was even worse. Haven't had a desire to do business with them again.
