I made this today and writing comment just after lunch. Its amazing recipe and if you love kala mutton or any kolhapuri recipe you will love it. Just wanted to add something from my side as observation : Don't add water in hirwa watan right at the beginning, add only when needed. If you are cooking in small utensils use slightly more oil while frying kala watan. You can probabily 1 onion cut into small pieces in chicken sukka to get more thick tasty gravy. Rest it was an awesome experience. Chef you rock.

I made this today, exactly followed the recipe. It was SO DELICIOUS, I couldn't believe it took such less effort frankly. When I had this in restaurants I always imagined it to be a difficult, complex recipe but honestly this took me only about an hour overall! I was cooking only 250g so I've frozen the remaining vatan, will use it again next week. Thank you for this recipe!
