The fact that I JUST finished this challenge I immediately got up to do it twice cuz I’ve been doing this once a day lol
I tried it for a week and I was busted😢But it gets easier each day🎉
I did it twice and died 2 times 😊
For the burbees I recommend doing 10 and then drinking some water and repeat that 10 times it will help
I do like 25 water and keep 25 until u reach 100

For the burpees i recommend doingThe first 15 burpees of each set as low impact then the other 10 normal burpees :)
Make sure to hold your ears (touch) while u do jump squats
Why is that for? (No hate, just curious)
Crunches are your hands are behind your ears and you lift your upper body up whole your feet touch the ground hope that helps
You're right it is really bad because I just finished it today and I'm so sore now photos of amazing experience so I guess slay for me

I have a question since I want to work out but don’t wanna get a muscular body is le serrafims workout good for that???
It takes hard workout to get a muscular body you have to lift weights and even if you do it still takes eating right and consistent training but since the le serafimm workout is just cardio it won’t get you muscular body
