thank you for this! can't forget how my whole body was shaking when I first tried this workout. 😂 i've been doing this workout for 1 month and 3 days now (with rest days of course). I actually started seeing the result in just 2 weeks. i'm skinny so i've been trying to gain weight and muscles at the same time 😅 I managed to gain 1 kg in a month while doing this workout. i'm still 2.5 kg below my normal weight but that's good enough for me. slow progress is still progress 😁 let's go for our goals!! 🔥🔥
@@guvyii thank you 😊 I need to be consistent with it because once I stop for longer than 3 days, I know I would be too lazy to get back on it 😂 I stopped for 3-4 days once and ended up forcing myself to get back on it that I even asked myself, "why am I doing this??" 🤣🤣 you can do it too! just keep on doing it and your body will get used to it and you'll definitely see some progress. I suggest you take photos so you can really see the difference 😊
@@angel_iraqisince I'm skinny and don't have muscles to build, I increased my protein intake while doing this work out. I doubled my portions of meat for lunch and dinner. after work, I'll have dinner (rice+chicken or fish), rest for 2-3 hours, do ab workout, then eat again afterwards 😂 sometimes I'll have bread with peanut butter plus yoghurt drink with high protein or yoghurt mixed with banana and granola 😊
I switched from the old Kazuha workout to this one, let's do this! Day 1:✅️ A little harder than expected but doing great. Day 2:✅️ I did it a bit late because of my studying. Helps me not fall asleep. Day 3:✅️ I did it after my usual workout. Feeling kinda tired. Day 4:✅️ I weight lifted at the gym before this, and I'm going to do a meditation. Day 5:✅️ I was sooo late when I did this and I'm sooo tired. Day 6:✅️ I meditated a bit after the workout and I'm feeling great. Day 7:✅️ First week done! Was a little sweaty this time. Nothing I can't hande. Day 8:✅️ Almost forgot to do it. But I remembered and did it right before I was about to sleep. Day 9:✅️ I did it late again. Oops. Day 10:✅️ I'm in a hurry so I can't write much. Day 11:✅️ I went to the gym and ran for a bit. But I still managed to do this workout late, again. Day 12:✅️ I did it! I am trying this till 20 nov 2024 >< Weight : 51 kg Height : 154 cm Measurement : 32 inchs Day one : ✅ It was not that hard , just felt like my abs were burning up while doing the leg raise lol. I previously tried the le serrafim workout for 3 days so this wasn't that bad :) Day 2 : ✅ Same as yesterday but my legs were a little sore , I can see a little cuts of my abs cuz i previously did that workout along with this so that's why Day 3 : ✅ I checked my weight and it has reduced to 50.30 kgs!!! Did the workout felt good but my hands were still shaking in that crap dips and reversed planks

I'm doing this workout until next summer, and it's 10 pm as im doing this, but it's whatever, but heres my progress for any motivation! Day 1: it was HARD, but im normally used to sm burn, but this was making me feel closer to the light. Day 2: It was not as hard as yesterday, but it did burn. Hi! I do acrobatics, and we always warm up before hand, it’s recommended so you don’t pull a muscle, but if you don’t feel comfortable and it hurts extremely, I recommend some light stretching!
Trying to shit your weight to your feet to find the center. If we aren’t able to do it with straight legs yet try with bent legs. You want to find your center balance so you aren’t placing all the pressure on your arms. Imagine becoming a table and lift up with your core super tight to support your back
Waist widening happens from muscle growth. With these body weight exercises you won’t gain the mass you are fearing. You want to train all core muscles to keep it strong including your sides. By also training your deep core muscle the TVA tight you will see that “snatched” look. If you are in a deficit and strengthen your body you won’t get bigger & wider as significant muscle growth requires a caloric surplus to properly grow the muscles to that size 😊

Besides this workout routine doesn't the le sserafim has a workout routine that consists of 100 jumping jacks, 100 burpees, 100 walkouts and crunches and so on? Is everyone here thinking that they'll get abs just by doing this 10 mins beginner level workout?
I will be doing this work out till April 26 which is when I have my dance show case! I won’t be doing hip dips or side planks because I heard it makes your waist wider if you want a smaller waist? thank you for this! can't forget how my whole body was shaking when I first tried this workout. 😂 i've been doing this workout for 1 month and 3 days now (with rest days of course). I actually started seeing the result in just 2 weeks. i'm skinny so i've been trying to gain weight and muscles at the same time 😅 I managed to gain 1 kg in a month while doing this workout. i'm still 2.5 kg below my normal weight but that's good enough for me. slow progress is still progress 😁 let's go for our goals!! 🔥🔥

@@guvyii thank you 😊 I need to be consistent with it because once I stop for longer than 3 days, I know I would be too lazy to get back on it 😂 I stopped for 3-4 days once and ended up forcing myself to get back on it that I even asked myself, "why am I doing this??" 🤣🤣 you can do it too! just keep on doing it and your body will get used to it and you'll definitely see some progress. I suggest you take photos so you can really see the difference 😊

@@angel_iraqisince I'm skinny and don't have muscles to build, I increased my protein intake while doing this work out. I doubled my portions of meat for lunch and dinner. after work, I'll have dinner (rice+chicken or fish), rest for 2-3 hours, do ab workout, then eat again afterwards 😂 sometimes I'll have bread with peanut butter plus yoghurt drink with high protein or yoghurt mixed with banana and granola 😊

Hi! I do acrobatics, and we always warm up before hand, it’s recommended so you don’t pull a muscle, but if you don’t feel comfortable and it hurts extremely, I recommend some light stretching!

Trying to shit your weight to your feet to find the center. If we aren’t able to do it with straight legs yet try with bent legs. You want to find your center balance so you aren’t placing all the pressure on your arms. Imagine becoming a table and lift up with your core super tight to support your back

yup! any form of movement will increase your heart rate

do any of these exercises widen your waist? im trying to define my abs but not make my waist bigger & wider
Waist widening happens from muscle growth. With these body weight exercises you won’t gain the mass you are fearing. You want to train all core muscles to keep it strong including your sides. By also training your deep core muscle the TVA tight you will see that “snatched” look.
If you are in a deficit and strengthen your body you won’t get bigger & wider as significant muscle growth requires a caloric surplus to properly grow the muscles to that size 😊

I've only been doing crunches & leg raises (I got the tip from another youtuber, iming TV, she recommended these 2 exercises for abs) and I saw that my abs did show but veryyyy slightly. i'll use this video for my ab exercises now and see if it defines my abs more, thank you again!@@fromlumi

Besides this workout routine doesn't the le sserafim has a workout routine that consists of 100 jumping jacks, 100 burpees, 100 walkouts and crunches and so on? Is everyone here thinking that they'll get abs just by doing this 10 mins beginner level workout?
