Try Enabling Hyper-V and going to the Bluestacks web /download u can download Bluestacks 4 Hyper-V, Nougat 64 bit, See if that works?

Okay i have a fix, Open the start menu type services, Scroll down look for Anything with HV at the beginning, Make sure all the services are off. my HV Host service was on I had to right click it and Manually Disable the service then restart my pc, I also did a few other things if that does NOT fix it MINE WORKS Happy to help

okay so my virtualization was disables and when I restarted my computer and tried to go to my BIOS it looked like a 2001 pixelated thing and I did not see virtualization at all so if I could get some help or a explanation that would be nice

"Simply disable Hyper-V"... I use Hyper-V daily, I do not want to disable it!
Luckily the latest version actually Detects and Supports Hyper-V.

When i try to install, a message appear saying to disable Hyper V, but it's disabled, the program recognize my intel virtualization as Hyper V, after this i disable Intel Virtualization too, I finally managed to install, open the program and of course, for better performance i would have to enable intel virtualization again, and I did that, but when I went to open the program again he said to continue I should disable Hyper V, any suggestion? thanks.

If it is still not working and says Hyper-V is enabled;
Open the start menu, type "services",once services is opened Scroll down look and for Anything with HV at the beginning, Make sure all the services are off. if any of the services containing HV at the beginning are Running, Right click and stop them if that does not work try Disable them and then restart your pc. my HV Host service was ON I had to right click it and Manually Disable the service then restart my pc.
