I know this is lots of runs spliced together but they are still long runs. I get empathetically sore legs just watching. Forget the tricks Adams ability to endlessly pump alone is something for me to aspire to.

Dude this is nothing, back in my day we used to do twice the volume of skating with weight vests on the pp team.
