Thank you, very well lectured. I just purchase the MPC X SE and learning it, I do use all Native Instruments products and after many years I'm trying MPC X SE it's been years since I've touch one.

Nice demo. I never got into to step-sequencer since I mainly play it live & then use the List-Editor, but this gave me ideas. I'll pass this video around. Peace!

Fantastic! This video is educational, inspirational and a great tutorial. Your explanations are clear and to the point. I really like that you also show how to execute the functions at calm pace. I’ve learned a lot. However have a question. Please pardon my ignorance on MPCs. The model X SE makes a strong case for a DAW-less production workflow. I am a bassist and sampling remix DJ. Does anyone here know if it is possible to record external instruments into this MPC while monitoring the step sequencer or sampled loops? In other words can you use this MPC to over dub live instruments like a multitrack recorder or DAW? Thank you!

Thank you for your kind words. 🙏 I appreciate it.
About your question. I just found this on internet: “Just select a track, create or load a preset program, and press record. Once you've finished, press stop. Or, if you want to overdub a drum pattern, guitar or bass line choose overdub recording. When you begin recording the next track, the start point will be where you ended the last recording”.
I sounds just right. I wouldn’t explain it better than this. Thanks again. 👍

Nice Video, it shows that the Step sequencer on the MPC‘s is useless
